SmileKrafters - Allentown Dentist

Terrible experience. The surgeon was upset because I asked a few questions. He started being extremely rude and told me I had to reschedule my appt. I waited nearly 3 months for. This place place has serious customer service issues. I would not recommend to anyone.

I usually don't write reviews because they're a waste of time but my experiences were horrible. I had an appointment set up for a cleaning around June and they told me they needed to cancel...and rescheduled me for September. I waited and then in September they called me AGAIN saying they needed to cancel and said the next appointment available would be IN OCTOBER OF 2022!

I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out and the staff did an awesome job at making me feel relaxed the entire time. The doctor was smooth with the surgery and I was out the door to a speedy recovery in no time. Very friendly staff full of smiles were there to take care of me. Chelsea was very polite and professional and was able to get me through the process of it all in superb fashion.

I got my wisdom tooth removed here and the staff that worked with me were very nice and respectful. Sanitary and quick in and out for my tooth. I was very scared going it but I was under anesthesia and awake in no time. Didn't even feel when they put the needle it too so that's a plus. They just made something easily stressed out for me quick and painless.

I just got my wisdom teeth pulled this morning and I was pretty nervous about going under since I have never been and everyone was so sweet, the girl with the dermal (I don’t remember her name, I’m sorry!) was amazing and made me feel more comfortable when I first got there. Desiree held my hand and also made me feel very comfortable. Dr Jackson was great as well! Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable doing something I was so scared of!

My son is on the Autistic Spectrum and Sally Ann his dental hygienist is so patient, caring, and thorough that I feel her work alone is the reason I keep going back to SmileKrafters. She deserves 10 stars and more. She took the time to make sure he understood what she was doing step by step. This helped him feel comfortable and safe. Transitions are a challenge for him and she alleviated his anxiety by explaining every step of her work with him. Sally Ann's passion for her work inspired me to become more thoughtful and thorough in my career. So grateful for her work. Very polite and loving.

My experience was very pleasant my dentist assistant Jaime treated me with so much kindness and dignity. She was awesome at explaining all the procedures while she was doing them and help me decrease my anxiety. Great service!

I’ve been here almost all my life it’s great work getting done. (I use to have braces and got them off) but I was wondering if you guys are able to sharpen teeth? Like my canines. And if so what age you’d have to be (as well as cost) because I’m 16 going on 17 next month and been tryna look for a place to get this done and this is the first one I’d like to know.

I am happy with the general and surgery dept. But the lady that does the dentures started out only working 1 day a week when I started my process. I had to miss work twice. I was so happy when she started to work 2 days a week so I did not have to miss work anymore, however this last appointment I had. Was for my Las fitting and I was excited to be able to pick up my dentures in 2 weeks....but no now she was booked up for a month! The whole process took almost a year. 😒 So only use them for dentures if you habe no other choice.

My doctor was Jaime at SmileKrafters. She worked really well, and took the time to teach me things about my teeth, and how to clean it properly. She made small talk to keep the room alive, and that was awesome. Overall, great visit. High recommend this place and Jaime.
