I had doc P and Audra. They were both amazing front desk was amazing. I was in and out. Dr P. Took very good care of me, answered all my questions and was making sure I was good thru the whole thing. They also have a play area for kids. Highly recommend šš¾

Everyone was so sweet and the dentist was extremely reassuring and kind and gentle. I suffer from severe panick disorder and the doctor put me right at ease. My double extraction was a piece of cake! I highly recommend elite dental to all!!

When I called them, they answered right away. I was seen the next day. I was the last person in there and I appreciate the time and effort. I'm so thankful and happy to choose them as my Dentist. Everyone was helpful and I was eligible for credit that I wasn't aware of. The ladies at the desk were respectful and understanding. I have more appointments and feel confident in their work. I was impressed with how quickly they did see my two children & myself. But Iām not happy that steps were skipped, my daughter basically just got her teeth brush, none of us had our teeth flossed. Not sure if I will go back, thought it would be better than lancaster dental Arts.

If you're wondering why the reviews are so high, they delete reviews. I've done this review 3 times. This dentist is bad. Customer service behind the counter is fine, but they did the worst job fixing a cavity I've ever recieved. Had a huge tooth for 4 months and now I have the same cavity in the same tooth back. They rush everything and the dentist seemed bored when she was fixing my tooth. Also terrible tooth cleaning honestly felt less clean after she was done.

Not open when they say they are. Came for a scheduled appointment and they're closed. Nobody answers when you call either.
Edited to add. They're closed. I got the reminder text about two days ago. They're closed entirely. No call. No update.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I waited OVER FORTY minutes with a two year old. Not only did I ask twice why I am waiting this long, I got what seemed to be a bit of an attitude by the receptionist. Not only was I nice about it, I still waited like an idiot. When a woman was called for her 12:00 appt when ours was at 11:30, I again questioned. And got a confirmed attitude by the receptionist. I was still polite and quiet since my daughter was with me. Yet, I was treated the way I was. I have never bad reviewed anyone, but this has been by far thee worst experience ever.

I thought the dentist was very caring told me everything he was going to do and how it was going to feel and did an excellent job and the staff at the front desk the girls are very outgoing and fun to talk to my experience there has been wonderful I definitely would recommend them highly to anyone
