My experience with Jocelyn and her staff has been excellent. Not only are they responsive and professional, each and every person in the office is smiling and unbelievably friendly! Nobody loves going to the dentist, but this is definitely a five star experience.

No idea why this dentist gets positive reviews. Aside from rude office staff, the dentist herself spends about 20 seconds looking in your mouth. I transferred to another practice and lo and behold, Dr. Anderton had missed several issues that required immediate care (and were easily visible via mouth camera). She seems like a nice person, but I would not trust her for dental care.

Dr. Anderton and her staff are fantastic. They are very kind and considerate, the office is bright and clean and comfortable, and they work efficiently. I had a mini dental emergency over the weekend and chose to leave a message versus calling the emergency weekend number. Someone called me back first thing Monday morning and worked me in for an appointment very quickly. They made the whole experience a lot less worrisome and frustrating then I thought it would be. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Centre County area.

I see I am not the only person this happened to. I went to my appointment and was told, luckily before starting, that they no longer accepted my insurance. I have a hole in my tooth and was planning in having it fixed. Drove an hour and arranged childcare to be told that they didn't accept my insurance anymore. Nothing was sent to me and no calls were made. Also when making the appointment 3 days ago I wasn't told of the change regarding my insurance. Considering this isn't the first time this has happened, I would really think twice of trusting Anderton and their care for their patients. Obviously the well being of their patients aren't their first priority.

Definitely the most pleasant dental experience I have had. Everyone was very nice and gentle on my teeth. Dr Anderton even fixed a chip in my tooth that I’ve had for years- that no other dentist I’ve gone to had been willing to do when I asked about it. She fixed it in seconds!

My family has been seeing Dr. Anderton for several years now. My wife first went to her, and remarked that she was one of the best dentists she had ever seen, and convinced me to go (after an 8-year gap in dental visits). I went, and was very happily surprised.

The office is easy to find, parking is sufficient, and the inside is very clean and modern. During the current Covid pandemic, patient safety is obviously a high priority as well, with a quick phone interview asking relevant questions, and a temperature checks at your car before you enter the building.

All the hygienists we've seen are very friendly and courteous, answering any questions you have. They're also great with kids, as our daughter has gone for the past 4 years and loves it. Having a toddler eager to go to the dentist is not an experience I've heard from others very often, but ours is, which is a testament to their care.

One other review mentioned that Dr. Anderton has turned into a greedy businesswoman, due to her not taking the insurance anymore (I assume it's the Penn State dental insurance). I know a little about the situation, and it's definitely not her fault. The issue, as I understand it, is that the insurance changed to require dentists to use some material for cavity fillings that tend to degrade, while Dr. Anderton insists on using high-quality fillings. That led to her not being accepted into the network. However, you can still be reimbursed from an HSA if you have one.

In short, Dr. Anderton is the best dentist me, or my family, has ever had, and we'll be her happy patients for as long as we can.

Excellent practice. Dr. Anderton and the rest of her staff really go the extra mile to ensure everyone receives quality care. It's a shame that they will no longer accept my insurance, but I understand why, and place that blame on the insurance company instead of her office. One of the best dental facilities that I've visited.

Dr. Anderton is awesome!! I had an appointment today for a cleaning and it was found that I needed to refill a tooth because the filling had come out. I was instructed by the doctor to make a follow-up appointment to refill the tooth shortly thereafter. While I was there, it just so happened that, that office had time immediately to be able to refill the tooth while I was there. I’m sure it was probably unusual for it was a full schedule, however, they were able to complete the task promptly. I am very grateful that I didn’t need to return at another time. I would just like to thank Dr. Anderton and her staff for being flexible and excellent in their care. I highly recommend Dr. Anderton and her staff in giving professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and quality dental attention & response to my dental needs!

We went through two other providers before we found Dr. Anderton. She's a really great dentist -- friendly, skilled, good at explaining things and willing to listen to the patient. Most importantly, she does not push marginal or questionable procedures on her patients. Her staff is very good and friendly and her hygienists work quickly and well.

I love this office! Having a dentist I trust is very important. Unfortunately no longer takes my insurance 😢 but no matter. Everyone is patient and kind and knowledgeable. Conservative treatment in a clean and organized practice.
