Aspen Dental

I went in with a toothache, was put through a teeth cleaning, x-rays and a CT scan and nothing was done about the reason I went in. They did collect a $6000 deposite though. I hurt for 6 days before I got hold of them to get something done. The problem was the bridge they installed 4 years ago where the crown evidently didn't seal properly letting the tooth under it rot away. ( bridges are supposed to last a heck of a lot longer than that) They removed the bridge and both teeth it was connected to. I made a follow up appointment and when I showed up for it. They did not show that I had one and told me they could not even work me in. (their fault) I requested my money back and received $5100 of my money back which means I paid almost $900 and my insurance paid over $700 to get 2 teeth removed. I was going to just leave it alone but now they are sending me a bill for almost $200. So almost $2000 to get 2 teeth removed when it was their fault to start with. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL!!!!! I had one tooth pulled. Cost? Initially $563. Second follow up visit took the total cost to over $800. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company against ASPEN.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction. Called at 7am. Appointment at 10.30am. The dentist was confident and very good with the needle. I hate needles, the reason for putting off the visit so long. The extraction was difficult and challenging. The post surgery pain has been minimal. All the people in the office are working very hard and remain compassionate through the day.

The best dental experience I've ever had. They have the most compassionate, caring and helpful staff. I found my new dentist

This place is a joke. These other reviews seem manufactured to me, the office is ran terribly. Over booked, they want to charge you extra for services you don't request, it's like a dental puppy mill.

Was scared but everyone there is so nice! From the assistant, to the hygienist, to the dentist & financial department. They made my nerves go away.

This whole 11 month process that started with an aching tooth and ended with 3 crowns being removed, 2 root canals done, and 3 crowns installed has been a nightmare. I had these teeth prepped and ready for crowns, then waited months for the crowns to be delivered, only to be told they wouldnt fit. During that time I was charged over $1,000 for an interrupted service fee that wasnt my fault at all. I called several times during that period asking if my crowns had been delivered. Then I had to get crown lengthening surgery for those crowns and they still didnt fit so I got re-prepped for gold crowns along with a second root canal. Going all the way back to the start, I had one single tooth ache. I still dont understand why 3 crowns had to be replaced, costing me nearly $4,000 after insurance.

Aspen dental has no clue on how to file or submit insurance claims. This company really needs to train their employees... my service needs will be provided through a different company!! If I could give ZERO stars I would... DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IN MADISON, AL or any other Aspen dental office..

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental, the staff was so gracious, I will recommend them to many people they took time out to fulfill my requirements !!!!

Booked for 8 a.m. confirmation said 8 a.m. Doors locked. Called customer service, they yelled, hung up on me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION. THEY HAVE TREATED MY FAMILY HORRIBLE FOR YEARS. TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME, WE WILL FIND A DENTIST THAT CARES ABOUT PEOPLE AND NOT TRYING TO UPSELL YOU EVERYTIME YOU GET A CLEANING. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Never have I felt most at ease at a dental office. The staff are the most courteous and are so professional! All of my questions and concerns were handled and answered amazingly well. Aspen dental is now my new home for all of mine and my families dental needs! They are Amazing here!

Stay as far away from this company as possible. I had major work done to which they have already been paid. i have called 5 times to get a check up on the work. Was put on hold all 5 times for 15-20 min at a time. Never got speak to anyone. So i made an appointment online only to go in for the appointment and be told they can't see me because i'm not a new patient. They have already been paid over $3000 for the work and i cant get in for an adjustment or to get the rest of the work done.

I can't complain about the anything when it comes to Aspen Dental, everything was wonderful. The service was great and people were really skilled and had very great attitudes.
