I have been with Bryant Dental for almost 10 years. This is a FANTASTIC group of professionals who will go above and beyond to take care of the patient. The administrative staff is absolutely superior!!!

Rude & unprofessional. They are refusing to finish a procedure they were in the middle of. They ripped me off. I would avoid dds Trella Dutton in Madison or Decatur, my last visit with her was delayed due to an emergency patient, she assured me another visit would be upcoming then canceled that appointment & will no longer see me. Now I will have to pay for another preliminary exam for another dentist to do work ddr Dutton had agreed to do. Furthermore I didn't say anything to her concerning this, but she removes her mask frequently for conversation, this is against current guidelines due to covid. So this was years ago I made this review, but a few months ago I got a call from their practice. Insisting I owe the money no one will give me answers. No one will return my phone call about it. This place is impossibly unprofessional.

They have canceled 2 appointments in a row without any explanation!! Why make an appointment if you are not going to keep them. I am seriously looking at going to another dentist.

Office management Needs training in their job and customer service. Used to have great hygienist as you can see from reviews but Tammy has moved on as well. And you should too. Poor billing, seriously lacking customer service by the front office manager and lack of follow through from the dentist. Keep looking. There are good dentist offices out there!

Hi guys. I am sure you have an experience similar I have had about the bill in this office. Because ,I am lowing income I always try to be sure how much my insurance compony pay for every procedure and then I accept that . I made the deal and ask them to be clear how much I have to pay after calculation with my insurance before I accept their work. I paid my bill before they do that. After more than 6 month they sent me a another bill because my insurance didn't accept it . My point is deal is deal . they are responsible for clearing bill before the every procedure and any work . I trusted them about that . My work wasn't emergency and they had time to clear that with my insurance compony . I paid my bill base of their calculation . I am not expert. I am not lawyer. I am an ordinary person . If I knew I must pay all bill never I accept that. Now they threated me if I don't pay the bill which my insurance company didn't pay it after more 6 month they report me to destroy my credit. This office doesn't deserve to be trusted . I must tell you the artificial teeth they made for me it doesn't work and I don't use it any more but i have to pay all bill for something which ulcerated my tongue. It is not fair .

This office has terrible customer service. The billing department called me with a $200 bill and requested to make a claim for my daughter’s yearly cleaning almost a year later. I myself as a patient. If I had not been knowledgeable of medical coding and billing would have been charged for treatments I did not receive. I would not recommend this office to no one.
