The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and got me checked in immediately. Although, I arrived 30 minutes early I was able to see a dental assistant right away. After the dental assistant got me in the exam room she made a preliminary examination and put together the necessary tools needed by the dentist. The dentist comes to the chair I’m waiting in and she cements the crown needing repaired and the service was completed within 30 to 40 minutes from time I arrived until I was on my way.

The young man who served me first with doing x-rays was very pleasant and professional. The doctor also was also was friendly, pleasant and professional. However, the young lady who have the honor of fitting me for dentures did not show that same respect. When I sat up there was a lot of green crumbs (unknown) which I had to continually dust off my dress to the floor. It would had been nice for her to say, I am sorry I didn’t know that much fell on you. She stood back and said nothing as I continued dusting. Having courtesy goes a long ways.

I called at 11:20 with excruciating pain and they told me to come in at 1. I'm writing this review at 2:32, less 2 teeth, but painless and with my problem solved. The dentist was amazing at her job and very attentive and gentle. She paid very close attention to if I was jn any pain, and asked me constantly if anything hurt. I've never had a female dentist but wow what a difference! She was so nurturing. I'm actually from put of town but I plan to move to Madison in the next 2 years. This will definitely be my dentist when I move here! Couldn't thank them enough!!!
