Tooth Extraction on 3/28/2023… VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE…. Dentist (John Norden) terrible experience in extracting tooth & horrible chairside manners to have in a professional setting. To the public view.. please think twice about letting him perform any procedure on your mouth.

This is the best dentist office you’ll find. They are patient and kind. I had a filling replaced and they talked me through each step and stuck to the timeframe of 30 min. Thanks for finding a way to get me in even though I was extremely late. Unfortunately, I live slightly farther away due to road issues (231 disaster) and the unexpected of the amount traffic on the road. Today, I had another wonderful experience at my dental appointment. The entire staff were true professionals, they embraces their patients with care. The office space is super clean. As soon as you enter the environment. You feel welcome and comfortable. Once checked in, the patients is instructed to wash their hands. Safety prevention for Covid is important and a concern. Which is outstanding. The preparation for the patients are very detailed as well as the communication. Doc and his staff goes over and beyond to satisfy. There work is beyond the standard and have a patients feeling new and leaving with a wonderful smile. I recommend this office for all of Huntsville, Madison and Athens residents. The best I've encountered in my 20 plus as a soldier. I encounter many across the world.
