Affiliated Dental Center

Went in to have locators put on and upper re-lined and left with NOTHING but a scheduled appt for a week later and told to bring in my OWN locators- WOW- took me longer to MAKE an appt than time spent with dentist(5 min??)- wonder what he charged the State for that??

Extremely rude and unhelpful to new patients, in my experience. I call on the phone letting them know in advance that I am likely going to need a root canal and they schedule me. The staff appears kind but their practices are demeaning. I arrive, and after being told that they were 'hoping I wouldn't show' (their words, not mine) I was examined and told they don't do root canals while being told 'it's not fair to other patients'. So, essentially they wasted 30 minutes and several days of my time to tell me things I already knew and relayed on the initial phone call while being standoffish towards me for my file not being in order with my insurance when it was an issue on their end. For the icing on the cake, after expressing the urgency of me getting in to see an entodontist I am handed a referral that they acknowledge I cannot use because of insurance and told to figure out whoever I'm gonna go to and then come back. I wish they would have let me know on the phone that they don't do this procedure so that I didn't waste precious time getting told how little they wanted me there. I canceled the cleaning they kept attempting to schedule me for because this conduct is not appropriate for patients.

I had a fear of dentists until I went to Dr. Kunstman. He put me at ease and did a magnificent job on my tooth extraction. I highly recommend him and his office staff!

I have been going to Dr. Kunstman since 2009 as was my husband until his death in 2012. When one of the gals in the office noticed we didn't have dental insurance, she suggested we get EDS, which is a very affordable plan. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year, have had multiple fillings and have had a couple bridges. I have no complaints and have enjoyed my association with Affiliated Dental.

When I went into the dental center I noticed the staff was not wearing masks. I asked to dental assistants please not to let anybody around me without a mask on she told me she would not and she would wear a mask. I asked if the doctor would be wearing a mask when he saw me she told me yes absolutely. When the doctor came into my room the first thing you did is removed his mask coughed and then looked at me and started talking to me right in my face. I said I'm not getting anything done here you're not wearing a mask, I got up to leave and the dental assistant grabbed my arm and told me I could not leave assaulting me. Not 4 hours later I have a sore throat a headache and a cough. They're being turned into CDC and the ADA. It is obvious to me they have no regards for human life.

Not high quality. My husband has had to go back 4 times to get his dentures refitted and we are just giving up and going to someone else.

You can't go wrong selecting Dr Andrew Kunstman & Affiliates Dental as your families dental care professional! 😀 Let me add that I have an extreme gag reflex and the staff works patiently with me often using alternative methods to lessen my reflex! Kudos to this dentist and his staff! 😎

Dr. Andrew Kuntsman and staff truly show their care for your dental needs. They get appointments in on time and are pleasant to their patients. My whole family has enjoyed their services both for regular cleanings and fillings/repairs. Thank you Affiliated Dental!
