Dental Remedies

I have been a patient with this office since November 2021 when a tooth broke and I had an emergency root canal. The crown placed after the root canal came off and had to be reseated after less than a year. In addition to that, I went in for one appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted and was told I needed a root canal on a different tooth more urgently instead. I opted to have the root canal performed instead of the wisdom teeth removal, but found out at my next appointment that charges had been filed with my insurance for both the wisdom teeth extraction AND the root canal, which placed me at my max insurance usage for the year and prevented me from getting other vital work done. When the error was recognized, there was no offer to contact insurance and correct it, only to schedule an appointment for the wisdom teeth removal that had already been filed with insurance and not actually performed. I still have all 4 wisdom teeth and an insurance claim that states they were removed. I became wary of the practice after this and established with a new dentist. At my first appointment with the new dentist, they discovered that the crown that had been reseated was not seated properly and was not making contact to all surfaces of my treated tooth. I was informed an entirely new crown would need to be created. The new dentist also discovered via x-Ray that the second root canal I had performed was not completed properly and will need to be reopened and retreated, as one of the canals was not fully opened and cleaned out during the procedure. I have not contacted the office regarding this due to how the situation was handled when an insurance claim was filed for work that had not been performed. That is a huge error and could be seen as fraud, and yet the situation was attempted to be brushed under the rug rather than actually handled. I recently had work done at this dental office. Since I am a patient that deals with chronic facial pain finding the right dentist is important. This has to be the most unprofessional dental office I have ever dealt with. To begin, no problem getting an initial appointment as a new patient. Of course they claimed a full mouth debridement was required plus 5 cavities. The treatment plan showed very high prices even though the dental insurance pays 85%. So we had the insurance company send out an EOB. Went in and had the debridement done. Next, it took over 3 more months to get an appointment to take care of the cavities. Took off a day from work. They said they could do all 5 fillings and a cleaning in this appointment. When I went in, they were wanting me to pay before they did anything. Said I owed $800. I was showing that I would owe $129. Next they said $200. Again, I do not owe that much. Paid them what my insurance company said I would be responsible for. When in and they did not complete the work. Tried to get another follow up appointment to complete what they didnt do so it would be under my 2022 benefits, they said the next available appointment would be JUNE, 2023. Are you kidding me! Why did you not complete everything in the one appointment as promised. Autumn kept her cool in dealing with an extremely upset customer. BUT I WOULD ABSOLUTELY WARN EVERYONE THAT IS THINKING OF GOING HERE TO RETHINK IT ESPECIALLY IF IT WILL TAKE OVER 7 MONTHS TO GET A CAVITY FILLED. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CHARGES ARE CORRECT!!!

Highly recommended! Dr. Singh and staff are very kind and patient - they were able to help me several times with emergency tooth pain and a very difficult wisdom tooth extraction. Thank you so much!

Autumn is the best! Very informative, polite, and caring. Twice now she has gone above and beyond for me and has made what would normally be a scary experience a very pleasant one. The other staff I have interacted with have been very kind and it seems the team here really care about their clients. I will continue to use Dental Remedies and will encourage my friends and family to use them too!

Amazing Dentist the best I have ever went to :)

I am 19 years old and feel very taken advantage of by this dentist! I went in for a check up and needed some work done. They wanted me to pay while I was sitting in the chair with my face numbed so I could not speak and was very concerned with the price instead of waiting for the appointment to be over. I needed cavities filled and am now in more pain than I have ever been in my life and can not chew on either side. They rushed through the whole procedure. I do not recommend going here

Terrible dentist. I have been going to her since Nov. 2020 for upper dentures. This dentist cannot do the job. She promised she could do dentures. She wanted payment up front for the entire procedure and dentures so I paid her in full. She has been unable to do the job for ten months now. She continues to take impressions and the dentures still do not fit after seventeen visits. This dentist refuses to refund me any amount of money I paid up front. Time for me to contact my attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentist. Pat P Your reply is not accurate. Their is no story being told here. My review is all true and accurate. I have all the dates of all the appointments for ten months. I never expected my upper dentures to be ready after only a few appointments or months. I was extremely patient even when you became frustrated which was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. You only managed to provide temporary upper dentures which one of your employees had to realign in order to keep them in my mouth. There is no problem with my bite. You simply have not been able to do the job. Good luck to you.

I cannot begine to explain how AMAZING Dr Singh and her entire staff are! Autumn is amazing even though I annoy her weekly with my phone calls...haha In all seriousness I've never trusted a dentist as much as I do Dr. Singh, she truly wants what's best for YOU and I can't recommend her enough. I now bring my entire family here and they love her as much as I do! I had to have 27 teeth pulled and full dentures and she made the process much less terrifying for me and has been there every step of the way helping as much as she possibly could. There's not enough words to express my gratitude for the entire practice!

Have had teeth cleaning here before and went great.. due to them having my X-rays, getting in for a wisdom tooth extraction was quick and easy.. called on a Monday, got me in on a Tuesday at 9am Needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted.. Doctor Singh had them extracted with no issues in about 5 minutes!! I couldn't believe it!! Great job, will be back for more cleanings and refer anyone that needs a great dentist! Autumn is also great with setting up my appointments, she was super knowledgeable and made everything easy over the phone!
