I had an appointment with Christina for X-rays and cleaning. She is very personable and professional. Her gentle ways with those mouth bites that you have to clamp down on, reassures me and calms my nerves. They don’t hurt when she adjusts and positions them in my mouth. My twice a year visits with her are great and she Cleans my teeth effortless.

I highly recommend this dentist office. The staff is top notch!!

Christina (hygienist) makes going to the dentist fun again! I do not sitting in that chair for very long anymore (not that I did when I was little!) It's a skill to make people comfortable and she made my teeth pretty again ha!

Disappointed by the office staff when trying to reschedule appointments today. I asked if there was a way to get an early or late appointment and they said on February 21st that June would be the earliest they could get me in. I said you have zero options until June for a cleaning - and they confirmed. If you are looking for an office with a little more schedule flexibility for working parents/existing patients, I suggest another practice. I am going back in April so they can fix an implant crown I had replaced there - the color looks very off and it’s very noticeable and quite embarrassing. Finally, I think we can all relate how disappointing it is when we have an experiences like this - it’s not ideal for anyone, but working together is key for both parties. In the meantime, I am waiting on a call back from the office manager which they have 3 of…and overall hoping to see this customer experience improve - I will report back.

Recently moved to the St. Augustine area and a veneer fell off of my tooth. I notified my Medicare insurance carrier and they referred me to Elite Smiles. Dr. Andrew Hope and staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Problem was resolved in one office visit. I plan on retaining them for my yearly dental work (cleanings, exams, etc.). I highly recommend Elite Smiles for anyone looking for dental care.

Very personalized dental care -- they actually remember you and important events in your life! The technicians happily hand scale if requested, which is crucial to comfort when sensitivity is a serious issue. So happy we found this place!

Annamarie was very professional and nice. Made sure I was comfortable and relaxed while doing all my X-rays . Dr McCuen was very thorough, took his time looking at the original X-rays & how my Invisalign had worked. Explained everything in detail and what my options were. He also made me feel very comfortable when asking questions and offering me different options along with his professional opinion.
