Aspen Dental

This was my first time at Aspen, I could not believe that they treated me so fast and they were the nicest people to deal with.

My experiences at Aspen were wonderful I would recommend them to any and everyone.

I've been going to Aspen for a few years now and I truly regret it. Every single visit I had to wait 30-60 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. In my most recent visit, the hygienist spent less than 5 minutes in my mouth total giving me a "cleaning" I'm sure I'll be charged hundreds of dollar for. They have no regard for my time, money, and inconvenience in taking time off for an appointment only to sit in their waiting room for even longer. It's really sickening. This was the last straw, I'm finding another dentist.

Rarely can u get someone on the phone and when I do I never get a call back. 8 months I've been waiting on $941 to be put back on my credit card bc my insurance paid them out after I put it on my credit card and cannot get anyone to call me back or update me on my credit . This is just bad business and the lowest level of customer service

Came in with a toothache, got it removed two days later. Great service, wonderful staff. Can't say a bad thing about the experience.

Working like a well wound clock. Professional, friendly, caring. From the front desk to the dentist to the office manager, so far so good 👍

Where do I begin !…. I was scared Anxiety blood pressure high … I was worried but in pain . I had to go and I was lucky ! I stumbled upon Aspen dental . First off Randi the Hygienist …. AMAZING ,,, Btw the first time in my life going to the dentist she is a angel 👼 fun personality . Makes you comfortable and motivational in her own way I don’t know if she knows but amazing woman . Great Dentist and the interns the x ray ladies . They do so great for being the only office in Tallahassee . They care and I love them 💕

Aspen is the only dentist I will ever use. They are efficient, kind and VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. APPOINTMENTS ARE EASY TO GET. I'LL GET MY NEW DENTURES TOMORROW. CAN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT!

I had a positive experience at Aspen Dental, Tallahassee, FL. I usually do not have a positive experience at the dentist office. One my tooth had been hurting me for quite some time. It needed to be removed immediately. I call the Aspen Dental, Tallahassee, FL and receptionist Keisha made me an appointment right away. I always had problems with doing a bite wing scan with a Tech. I did not have that problem. My Tech Trez Hannah made me feel really comfortable. He is a very very patience and professional young man. It made it all the easy for me. He kept me calm always checking on me. Ms. Connie M. Lead Supervisor was also very patience with me in getting additional bite wing scan. Dr. G was dentist that seen me and gave the results. He was very detail and professional. Ms. Candace B. spoke with me about what I can do to pay for my dental work. She very detail and gave me a lot of different options. Randi (Teeth Cleaning Technician) explained the process, before beginning the procedure. I had a positive experience at this location.

Today was my first visit. From the time I was called in, I saw amazing teamwork amongst staff. Their working relationship was amazing. The hygienist and Dentist really took their time with me to help to completely understand my treatment options. Then as, I was leaving my insurance and payment options were clearly explained to me. She really took her time with me to make sure I understood. I truly enjoyed my total experience!! PW

My daughter and I had a great experience the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each procedure before doing it. I also want to brag about them giving us an appointment days after me calling them compared to the other dentists I reached out too who only had dates for August and October!!!!!

Dr Poller was - and always is- so very personable! He makes going to the dentist fun! Thank You!

~ I love this place so much. The doctors the nurses and all front staff are just amazing and so kind. Aspen got me in same day as walk in and had emergency extraction. I seen them today for post op follow up. They got me right in. The doctor was very informative and attentive to my anxiety and feelings. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Wow! Literally the first trip to the dentist in my entire adult life where it wasn't traumatic, humiliating,demeaning or felt like I was getting scammed. I've never had a better experience with better people, I trust these people completely with my dental health and will forever. This is the sign you've been looking for to stop going to Coastal Dental--> I can't believe Coastal Dental is even allowed near peoples mouth I would call their practice abusive after seeing what a real dentist should be like.

Their website promotes emergency dental this is far from the truth. I will say the lady I talked to 10pm on a Friday was very nice and told me to show up at 8:00am Saturday because they take walk-in patients but I guess that’s not true told the lady at the counter I was there for an emergency visit I am in pain she said I could make an appointment but they were not doing walk in visits sorry your in pain.

After a horrible experience with a dentist many years ago, I was embarrassed and ashamed of how bad my teeth have gotten and was terrified to see another dentist. From the time I came in the office until I left everyone was amazing! Melody did my X-rays and she was the sweetest kindest person! She didn’t make me feel shame or embarrassment like I had in the past. The dentist was very kind as well. Holly went above and beyond to make sure I could get the treatment I need. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Awesome experience. Knowledgeable staff and smoking faces. I will keep going back. Very gentle and understand staff.

Ms Randi is the queen! I’ll forever come back because of her.
