I enjoyed the visit. I would like to have more information regarding my treatment plan. The staff was friendly, especially Paisley. The doctors recommendations seemed adequate. I just need to do more personal research on my dental needs.

So great, so informative, extremely helpful and saw me fast. Office manage is amazing and so is all the staff here. Clean office too!

Perfect in every way. Went in for cleaning. Afterwards, they announced that my crown was in and did that too. It was scheduled for next week.

The people are very friendly, the Dentist Doctor very friendly, professional and explain very well my needs and the future procedure. I am very satisfied with the professionalism,, cleaning and athmosphere of the office.

Avoid this place at all costs. I have had a total of ONE out of four appointments actually come to fruition, and it was my very first appointment where all they could do was take a scan and refer me somewhere else. I signed up for their in house insurance program (I think that’s what it is?) only to be told that the automatic toothbrush that was supposed to come included was out of stock and I’ll have to get it next appointment. (Never got that next appointment OR electric toothbrush, by the way.) I tried to book a cleaning three separate occasions and they canceled either the day before or morning of, via text, stating “Hello, because we're still short staffed, your New Patient Exam appt. has been cancelled. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please disregard any text regarding this appt. Please call the office to reschedule.” While texting to confirm may be okay, texting to cancel seems pretty unprofessional considering it gives the customer no option to immediately rebook an appointment. My appointment the first time was set incorrectly for September 19 and I had to call to get it corrected to September 21st, which was canceled the day off. Next appointment they even offered (for an afternoon time slot) when I called was Oct 20. That was canceled day of, again had to call and reschedule to get November 11. Nov 11 was canceled day before. At that point, I gave up and switched dentists. Nothing about this seems professional, even with the short staffing issues in mind. The fact that they do not take into account if a customer has been canceled on multiple times, before canceling on them again, just means they truly don’t care about the wait on care. My first appointment was an emergency and I have multiple teeth I am trying to get fixed—-that’s not even a factor when pushing me off for several months and canceling appointments. Stop accepting new patients and new appointments if your office cannot handle their care properly.

This place has horrible staff,horrible. I went here for my childhood and some of my adult life and everytime I felt neglected,abused,disregarded,scammed and unwelcome. Go to Aspen dental I'm writing this review in my car after going to Aspen Dental for the first time and I have never had such a good experience. Also it was cheaper! I went to coast dental bc I thought it was dirt cheap(that's how the location and treatment feels) do yourself a big favor and go anywhere else.

The hygienist Shuntoria Ferrel was a life saver! I had a horrible experience the day before at the other location on Tennessee St. Blairstone location make space for me the same day and I got my cleaning done. I gave them the run down of my experience at the other location and was reassured that I wouldn’t experience that again! Ms. Ferrel got me in and out very fast! The receptionist was very professional and handled all of my needs!

The staff at this facility is very polite ,professional and kind. And they don't let you sit long 🙂

Best dentist office I’ve ever visited ! Appointment was completed in a timely manner and the customer service was wonderful. If I could give the establishment 6 stars I would! Give the entire staff a raise!!!

This is the absolute worst office I have ever been to period. First of all, the office isn't that clean. Second of all, the staff is not efficient. We drove there for an appointment that we didn't really have because no one informed us that the appointment was "tentative" and not a real appointment. Third of all, when we returned for the appointment not one thing was done to help my husband. He was given emergency x-rays that were not finished because the staff did not allocate enough time for the appointment is what we were told. He was asked to come back, pay a pile of money and get a thorough x-ray and then make another appointment and pay additional money before he could get a tooth pulled. This office is running a "scam." Beware!!!!

My experience was terrible.. I was charge 700 to get my teeth cleaned… still waiting to hear back from billing

My doctor's appointment was fantastic, all the staff was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this crew to anyone, family or friends.
