Nice person, not so good dentist, but she was too aggressive and expensive with her treatments for me. Insisted on a crown that I could not afford and refused to put a good filling in after I got an emergency root canal. I got a filling elsewhere, and after 8 years, there has been no issue. Before this incident, I went to her initially because one of my wisdom teeth had gone bad. My previous dentists never saw a reason to remove them as I have enough space and they had come through absolutely problem free. Dr. Phillips however insisted that I should get all of them removed and painted a bleek picture of misery if I would not follow her advise. My new dentist is totally different and when I got a small cavity in one of the others, she just put a filling in it.

5 star plus. Dr. Nancy Phillips is the best and very professional. Dr. Phillips takes the time to correct what is wrong and make it right. Her staff is very polite and pleasant. Her practice has a boutique like atmosphere and is very clean. I would certainly recommend her to any of my friends. Dr. Phillips corrected my many problems that had resulted from a previous "meat market" dentist that was forced by his staff to spend minimal time with me, was always rushed and consequently had a "it will do" attitude forced on him. This does not happen with Dr. Phillips. She will point out the problems and correct them until the problem is solved. That Dr. Phillips was raised in the mid west, shows. Her work is of very high quality.

I agree with an earlier reviewer: Dr. Nancy Phillips is the best dentist I've ever gone to! She is a perfectionist and her attention to detail and quality make a noticeable difference. After having gone to a "cosmetic dentist" for a crown for a chipped tooth and looking like Bugs Bunny I went to Dr. Phillips who replaced it with a perfect crown. Not only is she talented, she is also caring and her staff are tops.
