BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THE IS PRACTICE if I could write them zero, I would. I was a new patient there today and was under the impression my appointment was for a cleaning. I arrive was taken to the back and then told that I would not have a cleaning today only x-rays and to discuss what type of cleaning I need it. I should’ve taken heed to the reviews are read before scheduling an appointment at the practice. They wanted me to come back later in the day for a cleaning. Why am I gonna come back and have a cleaning here when you’ve already, but let me from the beginning. I scheduled my appointment online. There was nothing to state that this would be x-rays only and a consultation. When I arrived the front desk girl said nothing about just a consultation. I wasn’t told this until I was taken to the back to see why I was even there??!!??!! What kind of money sucking operation do they have going on here??? I will call my insurance to be sure they know what kind of shady practices are going on here. They obviously care NOTHING about doing the right thing

Seriously the best people ever. So much care and love goes into their jobs. I had to come in because of SEVERE tooth pain. When I say severe, I was crying my eyes out. The dental assistant leaned down and gave me a brief, yet much needed hug. Most dentists I've been to just roll their eyes and just shuffle through getting their jobs done. Dr. Waddell stayed later than normal just to get the painful tooth out, and didn't rush me at all. The best dentist I've ever been to. And I have TERRIBLE dental anxiety. Please please go see them. They are all amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

Kerry is the best of the best!! He has been cleaning our daughter’s teeth for years and always remembers her and is so gentle and kind. As long as Kerry is at ACFD, we will be patients forever! We also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Waddell today and he was great as well. It’s rare to find a place that CARES for your family and hangs around to chat. We have never felt like a “number” or “just another patient” here. Highly recommend!

Clean facility, friendly staff, pleasant and pain-free service (though your mileage may vary), and knowledgeable consultation. I always leave feeling better than when I went in, which is saying a lot for a dental visit. I go here for my regular 6-month cleaning and exams, and they’ve been consistently great. I’m about to change insurance carriers, and I have no idea if they will be in our out of network in the new plan, but I’m tempted to stay with them regardless, because I just haven’t had a bad experience yet in the 2+ years I’ve been here. Honestly, I’m kinda looking forward to my next visit (as long as it’s a scheduled visit and not because “something happened” 😅)
