Great service Dr. Williams and Sandra!! 👌 Cascade office must improve customer response. STAFF PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!! Challenging/difficult to speak with anyone via phone to schedule appointments, etc. No one responds to voicemail messages. Often, the voicemail box is full. PLEASE IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The General Dentist, Dr. Williams was very kind and attentive to me. It was obvious she was tired, but she was soo patient and when she examined my mouth, it felt like she reaaaally knew what she was doing. She made me feel confident in her skills. The dentist I saw at a different facility worked on my mouth for nearly 2 hours due to his inexperience, lack of skill and tools. He pulled at yanked on my mouth to the extent my body was shifting on the chair as well as my head lifting. He did not talk to me or warn me of what he would do next at any time. My mouth, jaw, and cheeks still hurt from having to keep my mouth open so long--and that was 4 wks ago. Dr. Eddie Woods is the best Endodontist you could ever ask for. If you need a root canal and want it to be pain free during and after, you need to see him. He is very calming and talks to you often. Caress, the Consultant, is so congenial, such a vibrant soul, and she makes you feel welcome. She is also. Very intelligent scheduler, understanding what order you should make your appts in according to specific work that could affect other dental work. I'll definitely go back. The only thing I don't like is that one of the dental hygienist skipped her patient ahead of me to see Caress, seemingly because she knew her personally. This caused it to take over 30 minutes for me to get to Caress. I also don't like that mood of the Clerk/Receptionist does not match the mood of the professionals you deal with on the inside of the dental office (doctors, hygienists). She teeters on rudeness, with just a bit of consideration. She isn't kind at all--unless you're white. And that's just wrong to do to your own people.

I came here about a year ago for a tooth extraction, and it went well. But when I asked for my own tooth back they refused to give it to me. I remember when I was still in the chair in the extraction room after they pulled it out, and I asked "can I see it", and the guy dentist let me hold it and then I asked "can I keep it", and he said "yeah but let me wash it off first", and he said "I'll give it back to you in a plastic baggie at the front desk" once he cleaned it - and I never got it back. I remember asking for it once I got to the front desk. The black female at the front desk blamed it on some made up OSHA rules and I remember looking them up once I got home and saw that OSHA had nothing to do with them not giving my tooth back. Because OSHA doesn't make it against the law to give teeth back. And it has nothing to do with the extracted tooth being "infectious" when the extracted tooth can easily be sterilized with alcohol and soap. And there are no laws that say it is against the law for the dentist to simply give the patient their own tooth back when they demand for it , either. So it's no excuse. And I'm Still irritated about not getting my tooth back since it was MINE! So if I ever needed another tooth extracted, I'd never come back here if they won't give me my property back.

I am very pleased to have become a new customer at this Great Expressions on Cascade Road. I have not had to wait in the lounge more than 5" each time I've been there. All of the attendants and customer service associates are pleasant, warm, and very professional. My hygienist is very proficient as she goes about her work quickly, with care, and efficiency My Dentist, Dr. Dancy is an expert dentist. I finally have my smile back thanks to his brilliant work. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great dental care and service with a smile.

I would give this place NO STARS. They want to charge you crazy prices make sure you call your insurance companies before you agree to what they’re charging and they DONT take payment plans for procedures they say you need asap. They cancel your appointments the same day you arrive after taking your payments. They NEVER answer their phones so you have to go in person. Very bad customer service from everyone. I have filled a complaint with my dental insurance on them.
