My first visit was cool but they failed to tell me that the butterfly X-rays weren't covered by my insurance... so I received and unexpected bill for lack of communication. 2nd visit for a cleaning they discovered I have a cracked filling came to get filling done supposed to be $78.00 left spending $98 bc the filling was bigger than expected lol ...once again no one communicated it would be more expensive. Also now they are saying I need a crown because of whatever with the same tooth... now I'm paying for a fill-in and a crown for the same tooth. It's the lack of communication and having to deal with the same issue twice to get more money. I'm really considering a new dentist office I don't like gray areas or not full explanation of cost that's why I left denta first!!!

I cannot recommend this office more! My first visit was truly amazing. Dr. Nguyen and Allison are not only warm and welcoming but also a joy to spend time with. I went in for a routine cleaning and they found one of my fillings from a previous dentist had broken off and was jammed between my teeth. They were able to schedule me for the next morning, for a pain free removal and replacement of the broken filling. Only a few hours later, I was able to enjoy a steak fajita without any issues. I had a severe toothache the day before I fly home for 10 days to celebrate the holidays with family. I was not only granted an appointment, the last one for the rest of 2022, the staff and doctor were extremely friendly and personable. They immediately identified the issue and composed a short term plan to mitigate the pain and therefore, saved my date, which I had planned later that evening. They also referred me to a reputable specialist for a permanent fix. They now have a new patient and fan. Merry Christmas!

I’ve been a patient at New Face Dentistry since 1990 - before it was New Face. When I started there, my teeth were awful. Over the next 30 years, I had 37 months of orthodontics, a couple extractions, 2 porcelain veneers with 2 bridges that lasted 15 years, replacements for those that lasted almost 15, and now I’m working on a third set of bridges. I might’ve even had 1 or 2 or 18 fillings. They know me. During all those procedures, not once and I mean that literally, not once have I experienced pain or discomfort from the procedures. Everyone there, Dr. Nguyen, my hygienist (OMG, Joanna, please be my hygienist forever…I’ll work around your schedule), and the office staff seem to genuinely care about my wellbeing. They’re kind, professional, conversational, funny, and really good at what they do. I absolutely love going to the dentist. New Face has my highest recommendation! Oh, and now, I have a great smile, too.

Had a crown put in and Dr. Nguyen was great, the procedure was painless and he fixed a bite issue I had in which my back teeth wouldn't touch at the same time on both sides.
