Dr. James A. Hartnett, DDS

Absolutely love this office and staff! I have seen Hartnett and Sasser and both are wonderful dentists! Dr. Hartnett fixed a crown that was originally placed improperly by another local dentist and broke off at the root after a traumatic bad root canal that caused my entire face to swell and years of hardship. (Still suffer from that original root canal experience today, the lady damaged my nerve) That baby lasted 3-4 years with barely any tooth to adhere before I got the implant. Dr. Sasser placed my implant crown couple years ago and my oral surgeon even asked me who did it and complimented his work!! THE ONLY DENTIST OFFICE I WILL GO TO IN THIS TOWN! The most comfortable I’ve ever been at a dentist office. Highly recommend!!!

I love Dr. Hartnett and ALL of his staff. Dr. Harnett is just the best. He is outgoing to talk to and always knowledgeable with his responses to my questions. The dental assistant Haley is so fun to chat with while I get my cleanings, and Connie is also great when I need specific work done. The front desk girls are ALWAYS fun and professional. I love that Robin has been there the longest and is always aware and compassionate about my concerns. I know that I can rely on her for proper billing and to answer any questions that I have. She is the best and so friendly all of the time! The other girls as well but as I type this I forget their names :) I highly recommend this dentist and his staff.

Dr. Harnett and his staff are always nice and never hurt me when they do their work! I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of their kindness and great office staff.

We loved Dr. Hartnet BUT we called the office BEFORE having dental work done and asked if our insurance was accepted. My husband is a federal employee so our insurance should not be something new to them. If a dentist is not preferred on our insurance we will find one that is. Whole family had cleanings. I had to have a crown. We paid the amount told for the crown but teeth cleaning no charge due to our insurance. WRONG ROBIN in this office called my husband’s work phone over and over bill collecting. Then she called me.. I called my insurance who said at the current time they are preferred but when we had the work done, they had not submitted paperwork and were dropped. I called Robin back told her this and she finally took the cost of cleanings off but I was still left with the extra crown. But there’s more!!! My crown fell off! Another dentist won’t fix it said go to the person who did it. I have extreme dental anxiety, we have covid! And I’m in bad pain. Robin also realized my son was a friend with her child and she TOLD HIM OUR BILLING ISSUES and told him I “cussed her out?” (I did not… it was her harassing us) This caused her child to go tell the whole football team! Which caused a “you don’t mess with my momma” football fight. Sad part is that her own son got in the middle of it. Be aware, the office manager is unprofessional at this office and billing information is NOT confidential. h I am left in pain! And I am going to have the tooth pulled. Update After seeing a new dentist t I have tooth pulled and an implant placed wit my cost being over $2.k it is also a hip-a issue!

I have been a patient for about a year and a half now. I have been very pleased with my treatment and care. They are professional, respectful and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this office for your dental care.

Ive been using Dr.Hertnett for many years along with my family. We have never had a bad experience! They are my favorite dentist in the area. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr.Hartnett is very thorough in his work and explanations. Their hygienist has always left my teeth feeling like new with deep cleans.

My wife had been experiencing pain for several days and I had called around trying to get her an appointment to be seen. Every place I called could not see her for weeks, and even then, they wanted to provide services that we didn't need at expenses that were unnecessary. I called Dr. Myers office and they got her in the same day... thank you! The experience was pleasant and the staff's great! Without doing procedures she didn't need we were able to make an honest decision about the treatment that she would need to ease her pain. We HIGHLY recommend this dental practice and Dr Hartnett.

Dr Harnett is an awesome doctor and love Haley the hygienist.
