Incredibly rude and judgy staff. You have no idea what done ppl have gone through and should absolutely not have any rude comments about the state of their teeth. This is your job. Be professional.

had root canal worst experience , there were cuts in the roof of my mouth , i was put to sleep . and the next day i had bruises on both of my collar bones and my chest and shoulders was extremely sore ..

today I had a cleaning and i went with no pain at all and i told them that when they asked (i have to have a wisdom tooth removal and root canal) the lady cleaning my teeth was very sweet but rough she was scraping my teeth and would occasionally hit my gums and if you don't know what a scraping tool for teeth looks like its sharp something like that should not be put on gums i ave never had this happen to me i left with pain in my molers and canines and that should not happen for a simple cleaning she took x-rays before starting on my teeth another doctor took a look at my teeth and claimed i had several cavities i know a thing or two about how a cavity looks (i take collage classes in hs for it) and it didn't show on the x-ray that there were any cavities i would only recommend this place to someone who i don't like

I really wish I could give this horrible place NO STARS...this place is the biggest joke.. the receptionist did the best she could with the "directions" she was given... but I made an appt 3 MONTHS AGO for my two children to have their cleaning done, and I have to work around my work schedule and my kids school schedule (like everyone else) it is very hard to reschedule as I am a single mother doing it all alone, the date comes and I was called the LATE MORNING OF to reschedule, which is fine we all have lives and things come up....but I was told they wouldn't be seen for another 4 MONTHS OUT?!! for small children that is a huge gap for teeth care and frankly its extremely unprofessional to push my children out that far...and to say "wElL iTs The WeEk BefOre ChrIsTmaS"......ok?!?! and hasn't Christmas always fallen on the same day since the dawning of time?!.... I'm just wondering how that's my problem or my fault...this place is HORRIBLE and by all the other awful reviews, your choice of a dental practice will hopefully NOT be Morrison dental!!

Not a great place for kids. Especially those on the autism spectrum.

This place a wholeeeee joke. How do you tell a child crying they can’t have THEIR parent with them if they are afraid. They office manger need a broom to ride on how she acts. My child won’t be going alone if she asks not to. That’s ridiculous you ignore children’s emotions and if they feel comfortable or not.

In 2015-16 my 16-17 year old daughter had wisdom teeth cut out. I was told at the time her ins covered it. The morning of the finance lady at Morrison’s to me the hadn’t received confirmation of it I couldn’t believe they would wait until then before they checked again. The procedure was done because I called the insurance people who told her it was covered but their computers were down. A couple years later I was being billed an ungodly amount by Morrison’s saying ins didn’t pay. I contacted ins once again. By that time they said they had no record of the claim being submitted or services being billed from them. My daughter is 23 now and they have put the supposed bill in her name holding her responsible. And also telling her she had it done in 2019 which is a lie. She did not have her braces off till 2016 which is when the procedure was done!!!

Bad experience! I’ve been going to Morrison dental now for a few years, currently in the middle of getting my second root canal done by them. However while in the middle of getting my 2nd root canal done my first root canal that I had done falls out after just one year. I paid almost $3000 to have this done. Honestly the first thing I told myself was I wasn’t going to get upset that their sweet people and I know they’re going to take care of me. They had no sympathy, or care for what I was experiencing. Because honestly I feel a root canal falling out of my mouth after just shortly a year that it wasn’t done right. Wasn’t asking for money back but was asking for a solution. Because now they’re telling me that I’m going to have to have surgery to just go ahead and get an implant. Like I didn’t just pay $3000 a year ago to have a root canal that was supposed to be forever. Very heartless to a valued customer that has been there patient for years now. My advice go somewhere else.

So I had food from one of the local chain restaurants (will remain nameless for legal reasons) and took a bite in to my food, only to bite into something hard that shouldn’t be in Chicken Alfredo. I had to go to the ER because every dental facility was closed on a Sunday evening. The next day I called and called and one of the dentist facilities that had no openings had a nice lady that referred me to Morrison Dental after hearing what happened. She thought because they had surgeons on staff, they would be the right choice. She was right. The ladies at the front were kind and the assistant was so helpful. The dentist made me feel at ease even through my pain and he took care of me. My mom and my sister also came through in the clutch. I’m a blessed man and these are so blessed people at Morrison. They got a new patient as long as I’m I’m in Brunswick and even maybe after that.

I had teeth pulled and had a partial made, loved my doc! Dr. Felts.....no pain at all! I had to do several sessions and every time it went smoothly.

Morrison Dental in Brunswick Ga on Altama is Horrible they are unprofessional and rude I wouldn't advise anyone to do business they should be shut down Amy the oral surgeon manager and Joy the front desk clerk are the main 2 who really need to be out of a job the way they treat paying clients

I have gone to Morrison over the years and it's been mostly alright, and I do want to acknowledge that they have some good staff from Savannah who have helped me for surgeries. However, I saw one of the primary dentists for a cracked a tooth that was giving me severe pain and she said I needed a crown. The girl who took a mold of my tooth seemed unsure that she did it right, but she assured me that it was fine. Then, when I got the crown cemented on, they did not adequately numb the area and I was in excruciating pain throughout the 2 hour process as they kept having to put it on and remove it. Afterwards, the tooth still hurt so I went back, and they shaved it down to see if that would help. It did not help. They said that it should have helped but I was still in severe pain, and they offered no solution or follow up. I ended up going to different dental clinic and they booked me immediately to look at the tooth and decided that it was an obvious root canal situation and that I had pulpitis, and that I needed a root canal to begin with, not a crown. My tooth is fine now but it's frustrating that I paid for a totally unnecessary crown and had a painful experience plus months of unnecessary pain. I also had a minor filling on a front tooth that was stained that they claimed they could not do anything about, yet my current dental clinic was able to fix the spot in under a minute.

The front office staff and the dentists themselves aren't bad. I had three teeth extracted. However, I was prescribed a narcotic pain reliever afterwards that I had said, several times, that I am allergic to. I will absolutely own the fact that I took all meds, as prescribed, without even looking at what they were. I am an adult and absolutely should have known WHAT I was ingesting. That is MY failure. But when the office called me afterwards and I told Olivia about my violent allergic reaction and that my mouth is oozing pus, she said she'd call me back. She did not. She had Amy call me back. Amy was immediately rude and defensive. She claims no one knew about my allergy, even though I wrote it on my paperwork and discussed it with the office staff several times. When I called her out on her defensiveness, she asked what I wanted. I told her that some empathy and an apology seemed in order, but that that was obviously not part of her job description. She said that it was. I told her that she was failing and asked to speak to her supervisor. She said that she WAS the supervisor, and there is no one over her. Based on that information, I would NEVER recommend this dentistry office. No matter how great the rest of the staff is, if that's the "top dog" and the best they've got, you should steer clear.

Called in pain with fear of infection. They got me in the next day. I have severe medical anxiety and Dr Brandt and her staff was very understanding. She put me on antibiotics and referred me to annoral surgeon so I can be put to sleep while the bad teeth are pulled. I highly recommend.

I called Morrison after spending a sleepless night due to excruciating tooth pain, they squeezed me in that day, even though they had their appointments filled. Dr. Brandt and her assistant were very caring as well as all of the staff. I also really appreciated how they screen patients for Covid and only take patients into the building separately so that you are never in contact with other patients. Update one year later: I almost never write reviews, but I feel compelled to add an update to counteract the few negative reviews. I highly recommend this practice, they have taken really good care of me throughout a significant amount of dental work over the past year. Dr. Brandt is my dentist; she is absolutely superb and truly cares about her patients. Amber is my dental hygienist; she is wonderful and very kindhearted. All of the dental assistants and office staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. 5 star PLUS!

My first visit was absolutely awesome. It wasn’t a long wait and front desk was very professional and greeted me soon as I walked in. I went for a constellation, but end up getting a few teeth pulled at my first visit. I was so thankful to ever get fast service like that. I found my dentist and I will continue to go there. Thank you so much dr.felps you made me feel at home and welcomed. He made sure I was comfortable and talk me through my whole procedure. If I could rate a ten they deserve it🥰💜

I have been going to this dentist's group for over 10 years. As someone who has terrible dentist anxiety, this office is wonderful! I have never had an issue with any procedure -- from crowns to fillings -- and every single office staff member has been very courteous and helpful. I also have to commend the dental hygenists in this office for how they work with kids. I just had a cleaning about a week ago and the office was full of kids. Not one was crying and screaming. All of the hygenists were wonderful at making the kids feel safe and comfortable --- even working hard to make the visit fun! I work in an office near another dental group that caters to children and we literally hear kids screaming and crying all day. It is refreshing to have a dental group where the kids seem happy to be there.

I have to say this office was such a good experience considering I hate going to the dentist. They fit me in as a walk-in and I was in and out within 35mins. Everyone I passed was very friendly and nice. The Dentist was very nice and through with my tooth pain! Totally recommend trying them out!!

$59 to pull a painful tooth. Great experience. Friendly staff. No pain
