Dr Adams is a wonderful doctor. However, Jill needs to be fired. Horrible customer service and will tell you the schedule is booked just so she can go home. Replace her or keep losing patients

The last place that I’d go to for white dentures that looks gray in color. Just take my Mother $1,800.00!!!

I had multiple procedures done elsewhere w/ a family dentist & always had issues or found myself going back to get things corrected. During my first appointment here, I knew I should have left a long time ago. The dentist explained everything to me, why I was having issues, showed me pictures, and set up a plan to get everything corrected. I was really amazed. Highly recommend!

I had fillings, root canal, and crowns done by this office. Only to lose the teeth they allowed me to spend countless dollars on. I lost my teeth because they pushed appointments back that were needed to be done in time to stop the damage from continuing. Instead I waited 3 months with holes in my teeth. No call backs after calling about pain. Notes that they clearly saw on my file after they tried to charge me a fee for a changed appointment that THEY rescheduled.

This dentist office doesn’t care about their patients; they did substandard work for my wife and have yet to show personal responsibility for their mistakes. They will only see you if they think they can take your money. My wife saw them last year to have a crown done. They talked her into a painful and expensive procedure called a crown lengthening. They told us that they spoke to our insurance and that the procedure was covered under insurance. Bottom line, insurance would not cover it because the dentist told them it ‘was not medically necessary,’ and we had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. After putting the crown on, they told my wife that it would stay in for 10-30 years, which is standard for crowns. This weekend (17 months later), the crown fell out which means the dentist didn’t properly glue the crown to the tooth. Putting the crown back on is a dental emergency, and my wife has been in pain for five days. We have called this office every day for five days and left messages and requests with three different receptionists. Its been five days, and they still refuse to return our calls to resolve this dental emergency. This dentistry practice doesn’t care about their patients and will only see you if they can take your money. Update: after several weeks, they sent us a refund.

By far the worst experience I've ever had!!! During my Root canal half of my tooth broke off instead of the doctor doing a core build up. He glued the broken tooth back on. 3 days later the tooth fell out while I was brushing my teeth in my opinion the dentist is way to old and clearly can not see very well. It is definitely time for him to retire!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Beware! They may say that they accept your insurance, which they do, but they fail to tell you that you are still out of network and sock you with a bill in the long run. These things should be explained to the patient when they call and ask if they are in network, which Debra failed to do when asked. Even called back days later after making an appointment and was told my part was zero dollars.

My family and I absolutely love this place! The staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and caring.

We appreciate the friendly relaxed atmosphere. Dr Matt clearly explains his findings and treatment options. He freely engages patients in a conversation that includes the patient in making a decision about the treatment.

Adams Dentistry is an awesome place to go. I enjoy the way all the staff make you feel every time you go. They all are very courteous and always have you feeling so comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist but because of them I now enjoy it. Thank you Adams Dentistry!!!!

First time at practice I was welcomed as a new patient and found everyone professional and interested that I be made to be welcome. The professional exam and cleaning were above the last practice I had used. I am glad my wife discovered Adams Dentistry for all future dental needs.

After moving to the Columbus area I found myself needing some dental work. I was referred to Adam’s family dentistry by many friends and was not disappointed. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the office was very clean and inviting. My dental hygienist was amazing and made my experience the best!

Dr. Adams and his staff are wonderful! My kids (17 & 11) love him and their hygienists! They are always accommodating and do everything possible to work me in, in an emergency!
