Very Very Poor Customer Service they lack consideration for a person time and don’t even think about calling to setup anything because they never i mean never answer the phone

The staff was amazing!, very professional and friendly. They have state of the art equipment, my only complaint and maybe it's due to the modern technology, but they are very expensive.

Staff was unkind during our visit, seemed fearful of being paid. Billing department sent us a bill for x-rays covered in our insurance. Representative confirmed that they sent us this bill erroneously before running our insurance. After that, they continued to send us three more bills.

I've been going here consistently for a few years and I haven't had any issues. The staff is very friendly and they make sure that you're well taken of, from the time you enter to the time you leave.

It was amazing! I was a new patient and they were able to fit me in their schedule that same day and was able to extract my tooth the next morning! And EVERYONE was so nice, kind and polite! I will definitely be returning for more services. Thank You Columbus, GA branch of Aspen Dental ❣️

Hands down the best dental practice I have ever been in. Everyone is so nice and professional. They are all sensitive to your needs and never make you feel unwelcome. They make sure you understand all your dental care and what your insurance will pay for. If you have out of pocket expenses they will help you with financing if needed. I've never liked going to the dentist (childhood trauma) but I'm glad to have found this team!!! I will never go to another dental office again!!

Everyone at the Phenix City location were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and professional I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental work. Precious went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.

This place is a ripoff all they want to do is sell invisalign. Customer beware and check the better business complaints. I’m a medical professional with a legal degree and I know how patients are supposed to be treated. I eventually settled with Aspen’s corporate office with a favorable outcome.

My 82 year old mother went there for a set of dentures. We actually had a good appointment because the women who assisted my mother when it came to buy a set of dentures actually went above and beyond with letting us know about her insurance options . Possibly helped us save 1000 . I’m super grateful for her . The other part to this is a bit frustrating and upsetting. My mother unbeknownst to me had some mouth soars because she is wearing some old dentures. The doctor gave her some paste . We thought it was antibiotics. My mother applied the paste and unfortunately she complained about her throat being soar as well . Not a doctor , but I have had my share of infections and if you ever had one you know about those glands that get swollen in your throat and hurts to even drink water . About 24 hours past and I called to let them know she is in pain and if they can prescribe her some antibiotics. I had to call a total of 4 times . Left 2 messages and then talked to a front receptionist who said “they will call me back “ that was around 10am . I waited and decided to call back at 430 pm before they close . . The same person picked up and preceded to say that they couldn’t do anything. He actually said …. Well she will feel better when she gets her new dentures . That’s in January!! A month from now . Not to mention he said he would call me back . What is the point of going to see a dentist if you are in pain and can not get a simple antibiotic. You would think we were asking for opiates ! So she did the right thing to go see a dentist and get a new set of dentures , got some paste for her mouth that we gave a try and still applying and it’s getting worst . Now we have ti go to a urgent care .. blow 150 bucks to get something a mouth specialist prescribes on a regular basis. I’m super disappointed in the inability for people to just listen to their patients and apply safe healthcare . Again I can understand if it was something like a narcotic , but it shouldn’t be diffic

I have been going to Aspen for 5 yrs now and I have never been disappointed. All of the staff are friendly and encourage questions. It’s a very clean facility and I’m alway well taken care of. Glad to call Aspen my dental home. (:

Staff is friendly but really bad on getting back with you about anything you need. I went in for the broken denture. They looked at it and told me to wait in the waiting area. I sat for an hour but no one was available to tell me what next. So i told the front desk to call me. Its been a week and no response. Then i finally called and was put on hold for 30 mins. And still no one came online to talk to me.

Today I hate it when people think that there smarter then you bc they are ignorant and I experienced that today

Please, Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I went because I lost a filling one of my teeth. They gave me a 5k treatment plan. And I did not get my problem tooth taken care of. They also filed 2 claims with my insurance company(Cigna) and took payment for each claim but state that they do not have a record of it when all of the payment confirmations were given to them. Catherine in the office insinuated that the Cigna rep did not know what she was talking about. Wouldn't there be a record from your financial institution of what was received from an insurance company?? I am begging please find somewhere else to go!!!! UPDATE It has been almost a year and I still waiting on repayment of the overcharges. These people are UNBELIVABLE!! My insurance company has shown several times the proof of overpayment and still no resolution.

This is a great dentist office! I was happy with my visit!

Not a good experience! First my appointment was cancelled then they got a later appointment just to tell me they can’t see me after waiting in the wait room for 40 min. Very annoying. Definitely not coming back.
