I haven't been to a dentist since I was a child and my first visit everybody was laughing at how nervous I was lol, but they were all so nice! This is the best dentist snd staff ever!

I recently had my first appointment here after a friend recommended the office to me and I had a great experience. They are knowledgeable, kind, and reasonable. I really liked that they gave me a form at check in that clearly stated the differences in silver or enamel colored fillings (that included a statement about the latter being more expensive) and had me elect an option before the appointment so it didn't feel like they were trying to persuade me one way or another. Additionally I have really sensitive incisors and needed to take a break a few times and my hygienist made a comment about us being a team, which made me feel very comfortable!

Super courteous and helpful. I needed a dental clearance to have surgery and they were able to do it without any issue or trying to upcharge me into anything I didn't need. Their receptionists really went above and beyond to figure out my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket, when usually most people wouldn't bother. Was so impressed I recommended them to my wife and her family.

The best dentist ever, he has helped me get back to my old self again. He and his staff are incredible and I would recommend them for all your dental needs

Wasted weeks of my time. The first appointment I had for a cleaning, they did x-rays but told me I needed a deeper cleaning so I would need to schedule that for another time. They put me down for an appointment THREE MONTHS later. Thankfully, I was proactive and called to see if there were any sooner openings. I was able to get one a month later. I waited. On the day of my appointment, I picked my step daughter up from school early because I wouldn't be home when she got out of school. I got the the office just to be told "the dentist reviewed your x-rays this morning and he wants you to be referred out to a specialist." So if I had waited all the way three months out, I would have lost THREE months of time getting this urgent matter handled rather than the one month I lost. On top of not even getting so much as a courtesy of a call day of to let me know they won't be doing my appointment. Where's my compensation??? Poor practice. I do not recommend this office.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Smith’s for a few years now and the staff is always helpful and do a great job.

Visited on 7/6/22. This was my first visit. Just got a cleaning and exam. My first impression was the place was kind of dark and gloomy, lots of trees around the building. Also had a rough time finding the office with google maps. I got pretty much right in for my cleaning. This is new to me, my previous dentist would not get me back for 30-45 mins after my scheduled time. The staff were nice and friendly. All in all, I would recommend the office. I may change my rating after more visits.

Highly recommend! My teeth feel amazing!! The office staff is welcoming and everyone is so friendly. It was a wonderful experience and No Cavities!! :)

Dr Smith has been our dentist since we moved to Columbus 6 years ago. He and his staff have taken great care of our teeth and are always courteous and willing to answer all questions.

If i could leave more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely the best dentist I've been to. I had to get multiple teeth fixed and was dreading going because i hate the dentist, but the staff was super nice and DR. Smith was excellent at his work!!

If I could give this Dentist office zero stars I would!! Very unprofessional and treat elderly patients as if they can’t afford any of the services that they offer! If there’s a procedure that the doctor doesn’t want to do (even if it’s advertised that they specialize in the procedure) he won’t do it!! What an embarrassment and joke of an establishment!! Highly do not recommend. ____________________________________________________ Your response is laughable. You can say whatever you need to say to save face, like every company does when they’re called out on their unprofessionalism. It was stated MULTIPLE times that the payment would be made out of pocket if need be. The insurance company actually told you that they would pay $974 and you were told that the patient would pay the difference ON A THREE WAY CALL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!! NOT ONCE was a story switched up about how the incident happened, because we aren’t dishonest people. You can continue to tell yourself whatever lies you need to, to help you sleep at night and deem yourself a decent human being. As stated before, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND, and you should’ve gotten your story straight before responding because lying won’t save you.

Always a great experience at Dr. Smith's office! They actually take the time to educate you on how to properly care for your teeth!

I've been going to Dr. Smith for many years and he and his staff are professional, personable, and do amazing work. I had two crowns put on my front two teeth a few years ago and they look 100% natural. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent customer service!! Dr. Smith is patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. I love his upfront and honest personality. My teeth are in the best health they’ve been in years. I love the his cozy office and staff.
