This use to be a good dental office. Everything changed after the presidential election.

Horrible staff! Very rude! The office discriminates against the elderly! My mom went over there and aid she needed two crowns placed. Dr. Polk saw her for the initial appointment, they charged her for X-rays and consultation. My mom asked for the estimates, but they said they would call her with the estimates. Ten days later, still no call. My mom’s phone was acting out, so she was worried that she missed the call, so she went over there and asked if she could get the estimates. The office manager was so rude to her! So, my mom is an 80 year old women, how can you even be mean or rude to an elderly like that? She practically pushed her out to the parking lot in a very rude manner! Told her to get out. My mom was in shock! She asked why she cannot get treatment, and the lady said no, you cannot! Get out! Like she was a bum or something. They sent her a check later refunding her initial visit, but did not refund the X-ray. If you are an elderly or have an accent - do not go to this place, they are awful!

The two dentist and all the staff are awesome at this office. They truly care about their patients. If you are in the waiting area and happen to hear a patient greeted, you will hear a bubbly sweet voice. When an assistant or hygienist comes to call patients back even with a mask on you will sense their smile. The office is very personable, sometimes the doctor himself will even come to waiting area to get the patient back. The Doctors are always happy to see their patients when they enter a room. This is just icing on the cake because patient care is great too! Then when you get to check out after your appointment the staff manages in the same friendly manner. Also, calling the office is a very pleasant experience, anyone who answers is willing to help with whatever you may need.

My 15yo has been coming to this dental office since he was 3 years old. I love the staff and the dentists are amazing people.

Dr Polk and his staff are very professional and courteous. They are prompt with appointments and always have your comfort in mind. I highly recommend.

I had a horrible hygienist by the name of Stephanie, After cleaning my teeth she didn’t rinse my mouth... She got upset when I requested a fluoride treatment.. She looked at me and said your insurance doesn’t cover fluoride treatments.. Being a military wife for over 20 years I knew she was incorrect. So she went to front desk and the secretary told her Tricare allows fluoride treatments every 6 months... Well Miss Stephanie was pissed.. She put fluoride only on my front teeth.. I was so frustrated because my children had a awesome hygienist a few weeks ago, so I referred so many military families to Dr. Parker, based off my children’s visit!! Unfortunately I spent my whole afternoon contacting them all and warning them about the rude hygienist Stephanie. Most decided to cancel their appointments instead of having to deal with unprofessionalim. I also called Dr.Parker’s office and spoke with a office manager hopefully this will never happen to another patient!! It’s sad because the dentist is awesome and will lose plenty of patients with this kind of employee!

I love my Dr.Parker and my dental hygienist Phyllis. I would not trade them for anything. They are very professional, friendly and they get the job done. They truly value their patients.

this guy (Polk) is very slick. When I told him I definitely wanted him to simply fill a cavity rather than doing an unnecessary root canal and crown (which he makes big money on, he gave me some lip-service, then simply bored my tooth down to the root and told me that my tooth would be hurting even though he did a temporary filling, and that I would eventually want him to do the crown etc,.. I went to Atlanta and saw an old friend dentist who is honest --Dr. Bruce Preston-- and he fixed me up with no complications and 2 years later, I haven't looked back (except to share this experience with you here).

I am not a fan of the dentist by any means but Dr Polk is amazing!!! No pain, no stress, best dentist ever!!! And the staff is always friendly and calming in demeanor and voice.
