Dr.Houston’s office comes highly recommended through the Ft.Benning community so, I made my appt with them. I was very anxious as it had been some time between dental visits. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. The front desk ladies are lovely, my hygienist was a true Superstar. She put me right at ease & didn’t rush me through anything. Dr.Houston listened to & addressed my concerns in a very kind way.

Dr. Cross is the best! I had a filling done and it was still hurting a few days later. Called the office they offered to get me in same day, went in and they were dedicated to making it feel right and listened to me about how it felt vs just saying oh it’s probably just sore. Best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I'm so pleased and if anyone has a morbid fear of going to the dentist you will love going here. You are welcomed in by a friendly staff and the waiting area feels like home to me..I'm partial to my hygienist Taylor because she is amazing.. (and no cavities) it was just a great vibe...

I recently got Tricare Dental and was so unsure about finding a new dentist but I had such a good first experience with this dental office! I’m usually a nervous wreck at the dentist but Taylor, my dental hygienist, made me feel so at ease and was so nice! She explained everything she was doing and answered any questions I had. Dr. Cross, my dentist, was super kind as well! Everyone was super personable. The front office staff were also all smiles. It was a genuinely pleasant experience all around! They also have really cool dental technology that I haven’t seen at any of my previous dentists. It was cool to see!

As a military spouse it is so hard to find a GOOD dentist.. one that cares and along with the staff. I'm an anxious person when it comes to these things and when I mean they go above and beyond.. I mean these girls hold my hand and pat me to keep me distracted. I've been shown true love and support at this office. Dr. Houston has went on his day off to get me medicine.. ON HIS DAY OFF!!! Kristan and Mary up front are amazing!!! My two fav girls brandy and Allisha take such good care of me!!! I could sit here and rant and rave all day, but they truly care. So please, don't let people cry over insurance and detour you away, because it's all just lies. These girls have done nothing but HELP me work through it. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Military families, please stay away from this place. We recently moved from another duty station and scheduled an appointment with Houston Dental. Today, two days before my appointment, I received a phone call from this office to let me know that I'm not eligible to get the exams they required to be established as a new patient. This was weird to me, so I asked them to give me the code they were trying to claim and I would call our insurance to check about this and will call them back. Well, I called our military insurance, and they said the information I was provided was wrong. I'm covered for those codes, and they will email me a pre-approved authorization stating what they will cover, which is a legal document. Long story short, I called this office back and told them what my insurance said. The dental clinic's answer was that the insurance doesn't know what they are talking about, that they don't look in the system for my records, and that legal document doesn't mean anything to them. The person I spoke with said that I would have to pay out of pocket, and if my insurance paid, they would then reimburse my money. Oh, they only accept military insurance because this is a military town. If not, they will not accept the insurance. But, they claimed the doctor supports the military. When they found out I knew how things work, they changed the story and said that their office policy is that everyone has to pay out of pocket. Don't trust these people. Also, be aware that this place will not accept your X-rays from another dentist's office, which is the first time I have heard this. This place doesn't trust another dentist, they don't trust your insurance even if you have a pre-approved statement with prooved of coverage from them, and they are super rude. Unfortunately for them, I have worked in the dental field. So I know exactly how insurance works. Get pre-approval authorization if you are unsure how much your insurance will cover and your out-of-pocket portion

The staff and Dr Huston are bar far the best in the business. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past and to have a 3 filings replaced during my lunch hour with no pain or discomfort was just incredible! Thank you. I’m so grateful!

For anyone who is looking for a new dentist, just know they say they will accept new clients but when they find out you’re not within the insurance window for a new pano X-ray (mine allowed every 3 years), they tell you they can’t see you. They won’t even allow your previous dentist to send your most recent images. You’re just not allowed to be seen as a new patient without them doing the excessive imaging at your first appointment. God forbid this was the only clinic I could be seen at, I would have had to wait until 2024 when my insurance would allow me to have another pano taken, let alone my teeth cleaned. I didn’t call with any issues or dental emergency. Just relocated and was due for my 6 month cleaning but couldn’t be seen as it hasn’t been 3 years since my last pano. Mind you they could have done bitewings, but according to Kristen that was not good enough and they wouldn’t accept any outside records and it was “the law” that they had to do a new patient exam which had to include that specific imaging. No, it’s your absurd protocol Kristen. But no worries, I have an appointment elsewhere to fortunately get my teeth cleaned before 2024 because it’s not a law.

I love this dental office! Dr Greene is by far the best dentist my son and I have ever had. We’ve recently moved and I absolutely miss this dental office! Definitely recommend anyone who’s new to the area to come see Dr Greene!

Dr. Greene is super nice. I had a pretty bad cavity that was a pain to fill and he and his assistant were super encouraging and sweet throughout the process.

I have been due for a cleaning so I’m so glad that I was able to get an appointment not just for myself but for our son (17 months old at the time of those review). I called on Tuesday and was able to get us both fit in for Thursday. Already a huge win considering where we last came from we had to book anywhere from 6-8 weeks out (unless a dental emergency of course). This just happened to be the case for us of course (I’m just going to say it was just good timing in my eyes). The staff was amazing, patient, and thorough. My son saw Dr Greene and I saw Dr Houston and our hygienist was Taylor. Again, it was a great experience for both of us so I’m really happy about that! Thanks again!!!

I have a huge fear of dental work and needles, but Dr Houston is so patient and willing to listen. He took time to understand the root of my fears and has worked to overcome them. We've been working on rehabbing my mouth for a year now and I trust him implicitly. If he says we need to do x, then we do x. He's earned every ounce of trust and I won't trust anyone else with my mouth at this point. He's got a client for life (or as long as we are in the area)

Told 3 different times to come in. Then when I’m 10 mins away, told to take my time. Get there and had to wait over 30 mins. Didn’t fill out paperwork. I left and wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. Patient education was superb! The best dental clinic I’ve been to in all my 38 years. I really felt listened to and taken care of even while they were very busy they give me great care. Would recommend to anyone.

I look forward to my appointments because this office has it all together! I’m in and out within 45 minutes, the office is clean and beautiful, the staff is insanely friendly, and Dr. Houston is not only very knowledgeable and skilled but hilarious! I’m completely satisfied with the entire office! Great job y’all!!

This place is garbage I make an appointment when I get up there they say I dont have one but I can make one 2 months from then the lady was extremely rude she wouldn't even listen then I get in the mail that I owe them money for missing the appointment that they said I didn't have and turned me away that day

I never write reviews...just don't take the time; however, my wife and I both had our first visit today with Dr. Houston and his Staff. When we got in the car, we both commented that our experience was wonderful. We'll be back in six months, and we highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

I've had some bad experiences with Dentists, ones that have left me with trauma and poorly done fillings but after taking a chance with Andrew Houston, I have to say I'm amazed. Not only is the office clean with a good atmosphere, my experience was amazing. Other dentists have put me in pain and left me with bad memories but after coming here to get some fillings re-done, I was calm through the entire procedure, in no pain once-so-ever, and really happy with the final outcome. My teeth are nice, I was left with a good feeling, and the people there are super nice and listen when you explain past experiences, and are more than happy to answer your questions (And I ask a lot of questions). I really do look forward to coming back here for any dental procedures in the future, thank you so much <33

Went to Houston Dental for the first time today! This was my first positive experience I’ve had at a dental clinic EVER. The waiting area was very welcoming, looked like a living room instead of a typical waiting area. The gals at the front desk were super friendly! My dental hygienist, Marty, was super sweet and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! Doctor Greene was super down to earth, made me feel like I was talking to a friend instead of a scary dentist (No offense to dentists). I would highly recommend Houston Dental. I had a very wonderful experience!
