Great experience! Great great results. All top shelf. The interior is beautiful. Even the rest rooms are beautifully appointed. Dr Abass was great: He made sure that I was comfortable and without the terrible that is so often associated with dental procedures. The staff are likewise cheerful, attentive and professional. I never had a discussion with the dentist on what the x-rays showed needed to be done. Never saw the x-rays. I was really just going for a regular dental checkup. I had no problems with pain or anything I had trusted this place before, then the dentist I saw left and the whole company changed. The paperwork showing what teeth were having crowns, etc. that were printed when I paid with Care Credit were faded and I could not make out what was done. Sometimes the work ran late, so no one was left at the front desk. I had no consultation on the cost. Then they said the dentist decided I needed a bridge. Also a root canal, multiple crowns. They did not take my insurance any longer, however the first routine checkup & x-rays were covered before my husband retired. After that, nothing was covered with insurance. I spent approximately $10,000. It was a nightmare. The dental assistant was supposed to show me how to floss under the bridge. I did not understand at all and she just said I would get the hang of it. Then she also made the remark "don't eat candy". I take good care of my teeth and I shy away from anything with sugar in it. The only thing I could think of is that I have dry mouth from medications I take. One day, I was at the office having dental work most of the day, in so much pain, I just wanted to go home. Dates of my dental work started in late February 2021 through May 2021.

Worst place ever!!!! No compassion whatsoever. My husband spent over $10,000 on 4 implants about 5 years ago. Now that he is having issues with them, the Center for Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry says they won’t do anything about it. Um……excuse me? You put them in and won’t do anything about it not even even to see him? Ok got it. I will not be recommending your office, instead I’ll tell anyone who wants to hear it to TURN AROUND, FIND A NEW DENTIST!!!!

Im new to this dental office and had two appts within a few days of each other. What a great experience for both visits. Today I had fillings done and I must say it went very smoothly...no pain or discomfort at all. Dr Ammanuel, Angel, Kelly and my dental assist all made what could be such an uncomfortable procedure, pretty pleasant. Dr. A has great bedside manor. They answered all questions I had. They made sure I was comfortable *And I definitely can not forget about their receptionist. (sorry I didn't get her name, I will) Both visits Ms. Ma'am*1 was so friendly, pleasant and professional. She gave such a warm welcome and answered any questions I had. She even helped me get my son set up for an appt on the spot. It's funny how I ended up at this dental office. I was unnessarily referred out to Cosmetic & sedation by my current dental office. Even though I felt the referral was not needed, I'm glad it happened. I found my new family dental practice. Thank you to all those that worked with me duringy visit. You guys ROCK!!
