I came in with a swollen and clearly infected mouth that you could tell moved to my body I was unable to open my mouth wide enough for the X-ray and was to to go to the emergency room when I responded they won’t do anything for me the dentist who was very rude said she couldn’t do anything for me either because she couldn’t take the x ray so me being in pain and scared of the infection that I knew was spreading said okay I’ll try to open my mouth wide do she could help me the person who took the x ray was very rough and really hurt me badly and the end result was the same the dentist said it was nothing she could do this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and have no clue why they are even able to be open

well the dentist put a bridge in my mouth... the work that she has performed into my mouth is not well done... it is crooked not a match with my actual teeth. for some unknown reasons she is careless about me being satisfy about her work...what she put into my mouth look terrible and I am very unhappy with it...base on what I have seeing so far...she is not a well trained dentist. she put some into my mouth without my approval. she failed to realized that she suppose to make sure that I am satisfy but instead she is a money driven type of mediocre Dentist... When it comes to pricing she was not upfront with me...she is devious, defensive and argumentative... definitely not a good place to go for dental care.

I been using Dr. Zerin for years and never had any issues. The facility is always clean and the out of pocket prices for fillings is pretty reasonable. They follow COVID guidelines for safety of staff and patients. No complaints for years so I keep going there.

I went there for a Routine teeth cleaning because they accept my insurance, but unfortunately it felt like a set up .everything was great until I was offered a deep clean and I denied it. Costumer service went to zero and I felt like a was disturbing them . I had my teeth brushed from someone else just like I brush my teeth every day, not sure how much they receive from the insurance but I’m sure it is enough to clean my teeth with dentist tools and not only brush and floss my teeth. I will not be returning to this dentist. Just ask what they will do to you before seating in dentist seat .

Bad customer service ever!!!

I'm not sure if this place has changed dentists or what (since most of the reviews are older), but I was quite dissapointed with the service I received Thursday morning. The technician could hardly fit the film in my mouth to take the x-rays properly, so she had to ask a different girl to help her. The second tech grabbed my head and put the film in so hard that it literally made my eyes water. Every other dentist I've been to have techs who take the time not to hurt you. The x-rays took about 20 minutes (most places take 5) and then the dentist came to see me and check them out. She said everything looked good and then asked me if I wanted to do the cleaning then and there. I said of course. Why would I want to waste another morning having to come again when I am already there? However, the final straw was the cleaning itself. The dentist did it herself which I thought was strange, but I guess not all places can afford to use dental hygienists. Fine, no worries there. But she was rough and rushed through the entire procedure. She did not seem to take my comfort into account whatsoever. She tilted me back about as far as the chair would even go, so that I was upside down. That in itself wouldn't be a problem, except that she was so careless with the rinsing that the water kept running down my face and onto my clothes. She did not stop to help wipe it up or at least let me clean myself the way other practices always do. For a large part of the cleaning the dentist had squeezed herself so close to my face that the protective glasses were smashed onto my nose, so light was getting into my eyes anyway. I had to close them. Again, not exactly painful, but very uncomfortable. The water and fluoride rinse were both done quickly and ROUGHLY. I felt like she was trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible. When the dentist needed to move my head, she didn't ask me, nor do it gently, she simply grabbed my jaw or forehead and pushed it. Not painful, but certainly

My fiance and I were seeing a local dentist previously for routine care but was unsatisfied. Then COVID-19 happened so we put finding a new dentist on hold. But where do you go in the middle of a pandemic when you have a dental emergency and the emergency rooms can't help? We have been making phone calls for weeks trying to find someone to see my Fiance to get him some relief, it's been heartbreaking seeing him in so much pain. I called Oakland Dentistry this morning around 8am and received a call back at 8:30 asking if we could come in at 9:30. They managed to work with his pain to get an xray and see the tooth that is bothering him and explained his options on how to address the issue. We have to wait to get the pain and swelling down before proceeding with his decision but they were EXTREMELY accommodating with his needs for treatment and for the first time in what seems like forever, he is finally getting some rest. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and patient with him and myself and I really appreciate that because we had a rough morning LOL and the dentist, and other ladies in the back assisting were amazing as well. We appreciate this practice so much and have decided that this will be our new regular office. We thank you for your help!!

Nice staff and great location but the dentist couldn't do anything for my pain and chastised me for switching dentist's.

All the staff are very friendly and understanding. Dr Z took the time to explain my treatment options as well as the pros and cons of each. I've been her patient for about 4 yrs. Easy to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Zerin is amazing! She is gentle and thorough!!! Her staff is very friendly. Very nice and clean office. I am so glad to have found my new dentist!!!

My experience with Dc. Zerin was really good , she is kind and very personable, likes to get to know the patient . Her staff is very nice and amicable . And office is very clean and nice . Love it .

Dr. Zerin is very kind and personable. They were able to squeeze me in for a same day procedure so that i wouldnt be in pain while away on my vacation. Very friendly staff. Clean office.

Dentist was an hour late getting me into my first appointment. Office was otherwise empty. I had my xrays taken, however dentist refused to do the cleaning I scheduled. I left very confused. Do not recommend.

I've been coming here for two years! I love it, the staff is friendly and the dentist is very kind. She remembered me after my last 6 month cleaning. And I thought I was just special, but I've overheard them being pleasant to other people in the office. And they are fast. From start to finish only takes about an hour!

A very well organized and clean office. Dr.Zerin does not only do amazing work, however she throughly explains what needs to be done and why. Though she's not an oral surgeon you know her skill level is above and beyond. And just like in any market her rates aggressive and fair as well. I'm impressed all around which is hard for someone like myself.

Our whole family are patients of Dr. Zerin and we have been treated very well. She has been patient and nurturing with my teenage kids who didn't enjoy going to the dentist. My daughter jokes that if Dr. Z moves to Alaska she'll pack up and move with her! Dr. Zerin is swift but precise and effective with her procedures, which I think is a PLUS and she is always very professional and her staff are all very pleasant. She sees patients on Saturdays and is very accommodating with her schedule during the week. You can't ask for better service! The Gerardino Family
