If I could I would give them 0 stars ! both girls at the front desk don't know how to do check in and welcome patients .very unprofessional & unorganized ! needs better front desk workers .

They never pick up their phone. You have to call multiple times for multiple days and if you are lucky enough then they will pick up your phone call and only then you will be able to get an appointment. Never been there. Heard good reviews about Dr. Bashar but it is an extremely difficult task to just get your appointment. They should start picking up their phone calls.

I received 14 crowns in total six at the top eight at the bottom, one of the crowns at the top was pressed so tight against the other tooth that the technician could not get the thread in between it, but he waved it off as it would be ok within a month after that the same crown splintered and it was replaced for free a couple of months after that another crown broke at the top row and I asked Dr. Bashar how much it would cost to replace this crown. He told me 700 the problem is these crowns broke within a year and my current Dentist told me there should not be a charge but I chose not to go back but rather pay to let my new dentist replace the entire top six crowns also one of my serious complaints is their receptionist by the name of Connie, who was very rude to me from the start of coming there she is an older Mexican woman usually sitting to the left as soon as you walk in the she has a very nasty disposition. Also I called there to try to get scheduled and she knows exactly who I am when I gave my name she went from nice to mean she wanted to ask me a bunch of questions to confirm myself such as my address (fine) but the name of two relatives, which made no sense. When I asked her why she needed the name of two relatives she became irate and said I don’t have your social on file and don’t know you ,still made no sense. So I ended the conversation there and I contacted Dr. Bashar by text to report how rude Connie is, but he did not reply. I won’t be back because I’m unsure of the quality of material and definitely the rudeness of customer service. As for Dr Bashar he was polite and professional always. Chris Haley

Me and my Daughter been coming here for years .. Dr. Nayeem Bashar is so profesional .. staff is great too .. he’s never trying to sell more services than what’s necessary.. like other dentists out there ..EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES . I recommend him to my neighbor too .. she’s very happy with this dentist … I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM … 👍👍👍👍👍

staff was great. went in for a cleaning and came out feeling good with no pain. Connie helped me with the questions i had and scheduled my next appointment right away. Very fun and nice staff (: some people sound like they have personal issues going on in the reviews, i wouldnt listen to them. Definitely had a great experience here

Dr. Bashar is an amazing dentist. He is always so friendly and professional, and I always feel comfortable in his care. His office is immaculate, and his staff is very helpful and friendly. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and explains why a certain treatment or procedure needs to be done. My teeth always look great and I never have any issues when I go to see him. He offers great advice and I always feel like I can trust him with my dental care. Highly recommended!

I told the front desk lady to the left I was in pain so I will take next quickest appointment she proceeds to say in a rude manner “you should have been booked” I said there wasn’t any appointments available I got the quickest one you had so she tells me I should have gone somewhere else then ! I was so shook she said this to me and made me feel so uncomfortable by how rude she was then she started talking in Spanish about me to the other front desk lady little does she know I understand some of what she was saying ! Just ignorant . Others seem to agree in other reviews . won’t be back that attitude was ridiculous

Dr.Bashar is great very nice.. But front desk ladies have awful customer service. Front desk was rude, and stuck up . she literally will go back n forth with you like a child…. Connie is unprofessional and seems like she doesn’t like her job

Poor customer service, They cancelled my appointment 3 times, The forth time when I got there, the two ladies they were talking in Spanish , and said the doctor not here, that’s because I have to do the cleaning before I crowns for my two implants. Wasted to much time. I don’t think is doctor bashar fault.

Update: unfortunately, as amazing as they were on my first and only visit, I have tried for 3 weeks to get in contact with someone to schedule an appointment and nobody has returned my call, and I’ve left many voicemails, or my email. So now I’m left trying to find another dentist office. Original post: They are AMAZING! Today was my first time there and every single person I interacted with was kind and made everything easy. ADONIS - I am not kidding, I love you. I was so anxious and scared about getting my (broken) wisdom tooth removed and you managed to make me laugh and relax a little bit. Adonis talked me through everything step by step and I truly appreciate that. The dentist was so kind, easy going, and actually took the time to talk to me and explain everything over again. They are very thorough. I will be returning to remove my other wisdom tooth and my anxiety about the idea isn’t as bad as it was walking in today. Thank you!!

Lady at front desk on the left side had horrible customer service I was so surprised. She’s very rude, snobby, unprofessional & she made me never want to return. She’s far from welcoming & I was uncomfortable after speaking with her. I saw other reviews say same .. something needs to be done about this..seems like she doesn’t like her job. other employees were kind & friendly

If I could give this place a zero I would. I called for 7 hours explaining to them I needed my prescription called into the pharmacy. Do you know these people literally did not care that I’m in pain and pregnant with a tooth infection. They don’t have a cleaning appointment until December and I went in the beginning of august. My gums were inflamed because I needed a cleaning but these idiots said the doctor can’t do a cleaning. That’s ignorant if that’s the cause of the pain. Then the front desk staff is very nonchalant and arrogant. Both of those females really don’t deserve to even have a job. Basic customer service skills they don’t have. I will say Adonis is nice but he doesn’t follow through. He said he would call my prescription in. I got to the pharmacy and they still did not. I asked to be emailed my x rays they did not send them. Do not go to this office. The staff is trash and I wouldn’t trust any of them to do serious work in my mouth.

I've been going here for 10 years. I've always had good experiences. They are professional and courteous. Can't ask for more.

Bad experience with these guys. They won’t honor the agreement they have with the Insurance company and demand full payment upfront when one has insurance coverage. Waste of time .

Dr. Bashar and his staff are the very best!! I am 70 years old so I course I've had many years of experience with many dentists. I initially took my 3 grandchildren to Dr. Bashar's office which was Lawrenceville Family Dental at that time. Dr. Bashar is the kindest, most caring, compassionate, capable dentist that I have ever been the patient of. I am extremely pleased with the corrective procedures that he has and is currently doing from past sub-substansard dental work from others. Five stars is simply not enough. I thank God for Dr. Bashar and his staff. They are truly a Blessing in my life. I do not worry or have any apprehensions when I see Dr. Bashar. I know that I am in good hands!

I have been going more than 9 years, not only me, also my friends and family . Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, careful and kind. All his stuff are also working like him. I will recommend everyone.

THEY ARE NOT PROFFESSIONAL, THEY CANCEL THE APPOINTMENTS IN LAS MINUTE, AND THEY TAKE ANY PROBLEM PERSONAL AND THEY ACT LIKE LITTLE KIDS . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY VISIT TO THIS PLACE AND THEY ARE NOT GENTLE WHEN WORKING ON YOUR MOUTH WHICH IS DELICATE! IT FEELS LIKE THEY ARE PRACTICING ON YOU AND WE ARE NOT PRACTICE DOLLS.

I took my mother today to get her tooth extracted due to a previous dental malpractice from a different dentist. I must say, Dr. Bashar and the staff has completely restored my faith in dentists. I will be coming here myself and will gladly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for treating my mother and I with the upmost respect.
