This place is awesome! I just went for a consultation and the staff were super friendly and did everything they could to get to know u and make u feel welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately I won’t be able to get done what I needed cause of the cost. Not that they’re expensive or anything just for financial reason. I would recommend going here for anyone.

I was told by Brandy there's no need for me to come in for a free consultation for implants cause they run like 60,000$ and i can't afford them. Come back when ive hit the lottery. I didn't think that was funny which she was laughing. It really hurt my feelings on top of the embarrassment im already dealing with because of my teeth. I cried heavily when i hung up the phone from with her. But God told me to keep looking and trying and I AM!

Called to get an urgent appointment for a crown that was swallowed and needed replacement. I was able to be seen the next day and the entire staff was amazing. Atlanta West Dentistry is a fabulous office. I am one of the "terrified of the dentist" patients. It took all I could do to go into that office the first time. But everyone there, Robin, Lisa, NIcole, Dr. Travis Watson, Dr. Cameron Baker and Dr. Lauren Bowersox, and all the others who's names I can't recall are all excellent. I have had fillings, crowns and my latest adventure, an implant. With each procedure, I have been treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. They make it so easy and are so reassuring. Each procedure is explained in detail, they take their time with you and patiently answer all questions. They explain to you too, the financial parts, insurance and all of those fun things. Robin is excellent and very patient at helping you navigate everything from your appointments to insurance and everything else. When you call the office, you speak to a real person, not a machine. I found the beauty of IV sedation for my extraction and had absolutely no problems at all. I feel comfortable calling and asking any question I may have. They make you feel as you are part of a family. I can say with all honestly that I love my dentist, something years ago, I never thought I would hear myself say. They get 5 stars from me.
