I have been going to pure smiles for about a year now. I was one of those adults that was very timid and nervous about going to the dentist but everyone at pure smiles has been amazing! Every interaction with every front office representative, hygienist, and dentist at the office has been beyond polite and accommodating. They are quick to answer any questions I may have and make sure that I fully understand everything that I get done so that they’re are no surprises. My hygienist Angelina, and Dr. Kellams were both so sweet, and very knowledgeable when I went over concerns I was having. Pam is hands down my favorite hygenist here and she deserves a raise and plenty of recognition! I have been here many times and while the other hygentists are always nice, no one took the time to educate me on my teeth and what she advises i do. She examined my xrays and showed me exactly what they meant and what i need to do to keep them healthy. She treated me like i was her son. I felt completely and fully in good hands. She even gave me sensodyne toothpaste, floss, and my choice of xylitol gum. She is just amazing. When i get my next cleaning done, I'll be sure to ask for Pam if she's available.

This was our second visit and of course first impressions matter. My mother (senior citizen) enjoyed the cheerful staff, their promptness to the appointment times and professionalism. In addition, the dentist very informative and easy going during the repair process. Definitely will return for any other dental issues.... UPDATED 06/2022: Still the best experience in dental-healthcare, customer service, and professionalism. I went for a 6 month check-up 10/2021, and saw a different hygienist and dentist than originally, but still just as wonderful. Went again recently, saw another hygienist on the team... she did an amazing job as well. Everyone had a different technique and still provided a great service. Very happy at this location. ORIGINAL REVIEW 04/2021: I am a newly retired service member that was a little skeptical about the insurance that I chose. Well, the insurance I chose was perfect. This establishment accepted it and the staff was very good about explaining costs and other benefits. Making an appt was very easy. Got an appt within a week. I was informed that cleanings were going to be a little further out, but they had a cancelation and I was able to come back. The office is very nice and the view from the exam rooms are beautiful. The staff is amazing! Down to earth and answered all questions. The physician's advice was very detailed and he made recommendations that best suit me. At no time did they up sale anything, and were very good about setting up next appts and cleaning. Looking forward to my next visit!
