I used Dr Dye one time and was immediately referred out to an oral surgeon because he couldn't help me. He didn't even touch me but I paid for the visit/referral. They made a follow-up appointment for me that I could not come in to due to my kid having Covid. I let them know I could not make it, and this was a year and a half ago. All of a sudden, this month, I have $144 missed appointment fee sent to collections absolutely plummeting my credit score while I'm in the midst of buying a house. Is he a great dentist - maybe? However I didn't realize he was so hard up for cash that he would send a one time patient to collections over less than $200. T r a s h.

My periodontist who regularly does my cleaning has been without a hygienist for a while. I was planning to go to Dr Dye when I needed a dentist, but had not needed him yet. So I called to see if they would do a cleaning for a non-established patient. Of course, she said. And she got me in in 2 days. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Hygienist was friendly and efficient. Dr Dye was friendly and efficient as well. It is a lovely environment and I recommend them highly. I will certainly go back

I went in for a consultation armed with a long list of questions and concerns. I worried my inquiry was too involved but Dr Dye was patient, courteous, professional and at no point did I feel my questions were ridiculous or a waste of his time. Before going in I did my due diligence and determined I was seeing one of if not the best Savannah has to offer, so if was an added bonus that he also has a comfortable presence.
