I don't know where to begin. First, my appointment was scheduled an hour earlier than I was told two weeks previously, which forced me to have to drop everything I was doing when I received a call from the office telling me I was late. I live by my schedule and had put the time on my schedule, repeated same back to their scheduler and yet, it was still entered incorrectly by her. Second, I was told at the scheduling that when I returned in two weeks my out of pocket expense for that visit would be one fee, only to get to the office and was told it would be over $600 more than previously quoted to me. While I have no problem paying the new quote, this office wants all of it on the spot before they service you. The problem with that is the huge misquote previously given. When I produced the misquoted statement given to me on this establishments letterhead, instead of trying to work with me and keeping the appointment to at least do the work agreed upon, collecting some of the additional $600+ not previously quoted and the rest in two weeks when I would return for the completion of what needed to be done, all I got was an excuse from the person who made the egregious error, stating she is new, no offer of how we can at least salvage her grossly misquoted handling of this matter and her initial mis-scheduling of my time, nor were any efforts made at patient retention. This threw my scheduled appointments and meetings totally off for the remainder of the day, and all I got was an "I'm new and I'm sorry." My time is money too, and this was an atrocious waste of my time (having zero work done), vexatiously disrespectful, and no offering of a solution forthcoming. This office has haphazardly mishandled this situation and has zero skills in conflict resolution or patient retention should a conflict arise. I am sorely disappointed.

First time seeing Dr Carla today. They were able to get me seen on a very short notice after a cancellation at my previous dentist. I say previous, because this is now my permanent dentist.
