No wait time at all! Even if I’m running a few minutes behind they still get me in immediately. Their availability is amazing! I had two appointments in the same week. The dentist and everyone else that works there is SO sweet! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I'm not happy with this place because I went in to get a cleaning then scheduled an appointment for two teeth to get feelings and then next thing I know when I come back for my visit I'm paying for three teeth she worked extensively on a tooth i didnt even know it was bad it didn't even bother me and I still feel a hole and a chip in my other teeth that I was concerned about and now I'm feeling pain in teeth that I never had pain before I don't think I'll be going back. I paid for 3 teeth I don't feel that was the service I received but she'd say she did I don't think so.....there was a response and it's been 3 weeks with no call I've been cheated

I had a 1:00 appointment that I made in the morning. Clocked out of work, walked over there for my appointment just to be told my Dr was called away 'thus morning " Thanks for the call to tell me he wasn't there. Never again

Had a consultation to be told they use my insurance. Came back 2 weeks later for my root canal to be told that my insurance doesn't cover it. Total waste of time! But they got paid for a consultation, office visit and x-rays.

My son had to have 3 cavities filled he is 7. Well Dr. Thomas would not fill the 3rd that same day because she said he uncooperative, he had numb mouth, so he kept knocking gauze out. So I recommended a new dentist 3xs I drive up to this office we live an hour away s. But today I was told Dr. D was no longer in that office and she wouldn't see him. I am done with the games in this offuce. Now why in the world didn't they tell me that the day before when they called to xonfirm.

Like almost the dentist is not a friendly place. UNTIL I CAME TO ACCESS DENTAL. I LOVE THE THIS PLACE. I came for pain in what I thought to be one tooth. After meeting all the staff and the dentist Dr. Thomas, I fell in love. Everyone is polite, respectful and makes you feel at ease. They explain the what,why and how to fix, repair,or remove . Dr. Thomas and her staff make people want to take better care of their teeth. I have not ever been to a dentist office where I planned to see again.I have never referred so many people to a dentist in my life. Everyone I have referred plans to or has an appointment. As long as I have teeth and Dr. Thomas and her staff are there I will continue to go to them if only to say hi.I love this office and the staff.

This post is only talking about my in office visit at the location on War Memorial and in the same little complex as the Chinese restaurant Ming. I saw Tootie the last 2 times I was here. She is truly amazing. She is very knowledgeable, beyond kind, answered all of my questions and some were way out there, never judged me based on how rich or poor I am, and keep working until everything was confortable. The ladies at the fount desk are also beyond nice as well as helpful. I can tell you that if it was not for there staff and kindness that I wouldn't go. I hate dentist period. Treat people with kindness, it goes a long way. I wish it would let me rate the rest beside the staff. Yup call center sucks. Yup they do not call or text when you have an appointment. Yup they will keep calling you about a missed appointment but you were there. Yup there is more then one location with the same dang name and the call center loves to send you to the wrong one. Yup the call center SUCKS!

They scheduled me the on the day before because I had broke a tooth. When I got there they told me “we tried to call, if you don’t answer you get removed from the appointment list” I had no missed calls at all from the day before when my appointment was scheduled. Then they told me the next appointment I could come in for was 2 months later….horrible service and ZERO communication.

I have been waiting for roughly 6 months for my dentuers. Have been told multiple times they were in and i get there and no plate so i still set here waiting. On top of that i cant get them to return my money. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was a new patient. I agreed not to cancel two days prior to my appointment. I drove to my appointment and they had canceled it. They had never bothered to call me. I am asking for gas compensation.

Only gave 1 start because I had to. This is the worst place a complete waste of time so unprofessional they can't even seem to make a actual appointment either they don't put the time in or they schedule for when the dentist that your insurance covers isn't in the office that day same with the campus town location y'all are horrible.

Just another corporation office that has no compassion. Couldn’t tell you the doctors name because she never said her name. She may have been the worst dentist I’ve encountered so far trying to get my 7 year old dental care. I’d be embarrassed to represent that office. 👎🏼👎🏼

Do not EVER take your children here! My 8 year old grandson had to have a tooth pulled and they TRAUMATIZED not only HIM but his mother as well! If a child is screaming, while you are digging around in the hole of the tooth you just pulled...STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!! I will be making a report to the public health authorities as well!!!
