First timer and it was great! The staff was welcoming. Lindsay was very kind and was thorough through all. She answered all my questions, looking forward to my check-up 😊.

I had my teeth cleaned today and the hygienist was really nice and explained what she was doing as she cleaned my teeth. She made my teeth cleaning experience the best .

The staff were all friendly and courteous. Bobbi and Lexi did a nice job prepping and finishing my crown. Dr. Renner was very careful and did a lot of work on my tooth to get the perfect fit for my mouth. Super job! I highly recommend this dentistry office for anybody looking for work to be done.

Been going to River City Dental for a few years now and have never had an issue before this. Absolutely loved every dentist I've seen here. I've had Lindsey a few times now and absolutely love her, she's always extremely kind and caring and honestly made going to the dentist as pleasant of an experience as possible. Today was an especially rough visit for me as I'm grieving the loss of a loved one and really didn't appreciate that the front desk assistant was rude to me. While the staff working on my teeth is always professional and wonderful to speak to, I could use without the sass and disrespect of the lady that spoke to me at the front desk as it's already an extremely stressful event for me. I happened to be 3 minutes late to the appointment and she told me that if I could not be on time, I would no longer be allowed to have appointments here - I've been coming here for YEARS and no one has spoken to me like this at this office, let alone any doctor's office. I get if I'm late I may have to reschedule. But I don't control the traffic lights. She stated that I should have come 10 minutes early as stated in the text and when I admitted that I honestly hadn't read the whole text, she acted as if I was personally calling her out as a liar and attacking her personally as *she* sent out the texts herself. She seemed like she didn't even realize she was being rude which only added to the unpleasant experience and melancholy of my day. I'm having a rough day as it is. I really don't need someone to be so disrespectful that I leave in tears. A little more empathy from this staff member would be appreciated as there is a way to speak to people, and immediately going on the defensive and being rude isn't it.

High level of excellence. They don’t settle for anything less. Dr Morgan put crowns on my front two teethe, which made me nervous, but I seriously can’t tell that they aren’t my original teeth. Phenomenal job. They also are some of the nicest ladies in town! Personable, sweet and super kind. Highly professional and they get things done quick. Lexi was the freaking bomb! Couldn’t recommend them more. If you want a good dentist unit, this is one of the best!

Everyone in the office was very professional and courteous. The hygienist did a thorough and excellent job of cleaning my black tea and red wine stained teeth. The doctor came in and gave my jaws, tongue and teeth a careful exam. We decided that I would likely survive to see her again in six months. I highly recommend RCFD for anyone in need of top quality dental care.

After calling the office, I was able to come in the following day to fix my problem. Very nice and friendly staff. From check in to check out.
