I'll start by saying I really liked this office and the staff at my first appointment, although I ended up going somewhere else for insurance purposes. I initially came here due to having pain and was supposed to come back to get fillings the dentist said I needed done. After dealing with insurance, I went somewhere else about a month later (by this time I was in excruciating pain) and they told me I may need a root canal done. It was confirmed yesterday by a specialist that I needed a root canal and most likely didn't happen within the month of coming to this dentist office in April and seeing a new dentist in May . I went to get the tooth pulled today and now have to take antibiotics but I finally got a lot of pain relief 👍 . This was a filling I needed a year prior but that is completely my fault for being negligent the entire year. I'm not saying this is a terrible office, but in the end, I'm glad everything worked out the way it did and I ended up seeing a different dentist because The Smile Center did Not catch that I needed a root canal.. and I can only imagine how much worse everything would have turned out if I had only gotten a filling.. Update: Since I have left this office, staff is not as friendly as they seemed to be at my 1st appointment. And after going to different dentist, others have told me I did not need all the work The Smile Center claimed I needed. Wondering if this is another office that tries to get as much payout as they can...
