I went there the other day because my guns kept bleeding my teeth and gums keep throbbing. They literally looked at my teeth for less than 5 minutes. Needless to say, I left in more pain than I came in with.

Very professional and caring. Got in quickly. My daughter is on the spectrum and they were extremely patient and caring. Staff was friendly and professionals !!!

Been waiting almost 5 months to get three teeth pulled was told to do antibiotics and then come back get them done came back was told antibiotics again. Finnaly schedule to get them done as soon as antibiotics were finished and they canceled my appointment called to try and do antibiotics again so i dont go through the pain of waiting again was told no.

Doc and the team are perfect for my orthodontic needs.

Over all I must say that I'm pleased with them. There was a short wait time & up front with the entire process so far. I will write another review during & after the work. Can't wait to finally have this all done.

Spend more time in the waiting room! Never get in at the time of your appointment.

I walked in . They were friendly and professional. Entire staff from xray to dental assistant to dentist. Got tooth pulled pain free. Awesome

Dr. K and her tech Ana did a good job with cleaning and the radiology tech was considerate and efficient

Great folks. Are children have developmental delays and the staff are great with them. We have to drive almost 2 hours one way and believe the drive us worth the service our young adults receive.

DO NOT GO HERE. Listen to people's warnings. They're work is shoddy. I've had to go back for them to fix fillings that fell out within a week. They will try to bleed your insurance, then bill you later when the insurance refuses to pay the excessive amount billed. Just got a bill saying 90 days past due, even tho it's the first bill I've received, for procedures dating back 2 YEARS. I have received service there 3 times in 2022 and no one ever said anything about an overdue balance. Apparently they've done this to a lot of people recently, who haven't been there in years. CANCEL YOUR APPTS ASAP AND DISPUTE ANY CHARGES FOR SERVICES YOU NEVER RECEIVED.

Went there (Peoria IL location) in early December 2022 for a very specific tooth pain. I pointed it out to the doctor and asked him to confirm for me I didn't have a cavity because it felt like I had a cavity. He assures me I did not. Come end of January and the pain is just awful so I go back. He's shocked to see me back so I express my concern because of the obvious pain I'm feeling. He is absolutely aggressive with my teeth negating the pain I've expressed. He says their first x-rays from my first visit didn't show that tooth so he doesn't know whats up (something he should have stated at the first visit) so he gets a new x-ray.. low and behold I've got cavity so bad I need a route canal. He was SO negligent that I've been struggling with this pain for two months just because he was too lazy to get a new x-ray after I specifically asked him to look at my problem area. Will Never go back and I recommend others don't either.

Waited an hour on an emergency fill; just to be told to make another appointment. I wouldn't have had to return if the work was done properly the first visit. Wasted my time.

Terrible communication, waited hours for a prescription to be sent, yet when my boyfriend and i left the office it was already sent to pharmacy. In fact while in line at pharmacy the guy behind us in line commented that our issue was the dental facility. He said it was horrible! Not to mention the day prior we went to the facility for scheduled appt and was turned away because of their "system being down". Many unhappy clients!

I love everything about this dentist office! They are so kind considerate and really care about you. I've been going to familiar dentist for about 10 years now and I absolutely love them. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to trust them with your oral hygiene. Thank you so much Familia Dentistry

I gave a 1 star rating simply because I can’t give 0 stars. The facility had trash all over the waiting room. Nobody was super friendly or started any sort of conversation with either of my husband or I. Employees were talking not so highly about each other and there was yelling in the halls. We were told to go to a certain room. We were left there with no guidance on what was happening next. Different employees kept stopping in to grab things and not saying a word to us and leaving. The room was gross and very disorganized. Things were placed everywhere and stacked on top of each other. They took X-rays but, we have no idea why or if everything was good with them. The orthodontist didn’t say but 2 words to my husband and I. He was aggressive when cleaning our teeth. He didn’t even floss our teeth or ask us any questions knowing we were both new patients. I didn’t even know his name because we were not told. After, he supposedly cleaned our teeth he said “No cavities, come back in 6 months.” Then, leaves. No time for questions/explaining of anything just that. Definitely won’t be back, this place should be shut down.

I had wonderful experience with everyone who took care of me and I am looking forward to getting my dentures and feel so happy with the lady dentist who will be taking care of me. Great job 👌👌👌👌 I got my dentures and have never been happier. They are beautiful and I am so grateful and everyone is shocked at the quality and can't stop telling me how great I look. Thank you Familia for giving me my SMILE back. I have been singing your praises to everyone 😌
