Avenue Family Dentistry

I have gone to Dr. Perez for about five (5) years now, and I always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Perez and Brooke. I would highly recommend Avenue Family Dentistry to my family and friends.

Everything was fine except communication about the bill. They told me they have 98% accurate estimation on the bill but apparently they didn't mean the price that they gave me at my checkup. I received the real price after I got my fillings done which was twice what they had told me.

Brooke was gentle and kind and did a great job cleaning my teeth!

I highly recommend Avenue Family Dental. My experience there was great. Every doctor I have interacted with has been so nice and they explained my treatment options clearly and really tried to help me. I will be a patient here for a long time!

Fantastic! How often can you say that about a dental visit? Avenue Family was recommended by my new ortho. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful. And I received the most thorough yet gentle cleaning for a super reasonable price. I had some sensitivity in my lower gums and the hygienist put some numbing ointment on, which helped immensely. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Avenue Family Dentistry for over four years. This was the first time I had an issue other than a regular cleaning/check-up. The service was just as fantastic as it always is. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. When this "emergency" issue came up, I was able to get into the office almost immediately, even though it was during the week between Christmas and New Years'. The dentist on duty took the time to address the problem instead of referring me to a specialist. Dr. Perez then did a follow-up to make sure the problem had been solved. Finally, I always enjoy seeing Dr. Perez and his staff simply because they're good people. Dr. Perez is doing a great job taking care of his patients, not only through his dental work, but also by providing a clean, hospitable environment and making sure that his patients are cared for in emergencies. I highly recommend Avenue Family Dentistry.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are also very competent and professional, and really take the time to explain and help out, even dealing with the insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for almost ten years, since his time at Audubon Dental. Every time I visit, service and care seem to be even better than my previous visit. Now with the addition of the brand new office, I can honestly say that I feel like I go to the best dentist in the city! The new space truly matches the outstanding service and care of Dr. Perez, Carrie, and the whole team. In addition, with the recent COVID19 crisis, I was relieved to see such streamlined procedures to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff members as soon as I entered. I was traveling to New Orleans and my crown fell off. Avenue family dental was able to take me first thing in the morning. Dr. Crapanzano was the sweetest, most caring dentist. I wish she was my regular dentist!!

They’re nice, fast, and conservative with treatments. I think those are all really important qualities in a dentist’s office, and I always find myself impressed at the end of an appointment.

Dr. Perez is very personable and friendly. All hygenists were great as well. Meredith was great! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist, and you can’t beat the location.
