Super friendly staff. Dr Jimmy was excellent took his time to work with my anxiety from the noise from the drill. I got 2 crowns and he did a great job.

Dr. Campo has been my dentist for several years now. My confidence in him and his staff haven't waivered. He is very informative while explaining necessary treatment and explains any findings during his routine exams. His assistants are also very helpful. They are world class in patient comfort. The hygienists are also top notch. They know when your comfort is dwindling and how to adjust to correct that while giving you the best care. And the office ladies? I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgably they are. You will never have an unanswered question. The wait, if any, is typically very short and pleasant. The waiting area is clean and full of interesting reading materials. As long as Dr. Campo is practicing, I will never need another dentist.

My husband wanted to send this review. Dr. Campo has been my family dentist for many years. His office staff is very friendly and accommodating. It feels like being at home when I visit their office. I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned or having dental work. In fact, I look forward to going to my dental appointments. Kathryn is my dental hygienist. She is great !!! Dr. Campo is a always very nice and cordial. He always explains any needed procedures. He will also tell you if a procedure is not necessary. I had a chipped tooth. He advised of issues which could arise but said no need to have any work performed unless I elected to do so. I had some other dental work in the past of which I was well pleased. My son had some major work with a bridge many years ago. He did an excellent job and Philip has never had any problems. His pricing is more then reasonable in my opinion. All of my family members are his patients. They are all of the same opinion. You will not find a better dentist in the metro area. I highly recommend him. My thanks to both him and his staff

Exceptional friendliness of the staff and outstanding work from everyone keeps me coming back. In all my life, this has been the most positive dental experience I’ve encountered.

Dr.Campo is great and friendly, but his office overcharges and won’t provide proof of increase in bill. Dr.Campo also suggests work that is not totally necessary. The billing department is outrageous. The fees change and jump. I suggest you only go if you are paying cash and not using insurance because they will up charge and overcharge if you use insurance and then won’t provide evidence of non payment by insurance. I do not know who to fault. His administrative office is terrible. It’s a shame because he is great at what he does, his hygienists are some of the best in the city, but I do not feel that the rates or prices are fair. I had an outstanding bill because of this, every time i went in I paid and paid again and paid again. They had sent me a bill, when I know I was paid in full (keep your receipts when paying partial cash and partial card). I asked for proof. They never sent it. Time went on. I got a letter from a collection agency, I called them and requested evidence, I emailed, I called again, and no answers no return calls. I sent a letter through agency, no answer. These guys are disgusting. They had the message that I was taking care of my father in hospice and would like answers before paying this bill...again. No answer. So, I am paying it anyway because I cant afford the dip in my credit. Quality aside, ethics, disgusting, service, awful, office is terrible. Best wishes and good luck to them or anyone going in.
