Deserves a 0 star. I’m filing with my lawyer to have this Asian woman’s license taken away and to get a refund. After getting charged several thousand for initial cavities to be filled. I went in for 1 and ended up filling 3-4 because they said so. Who knows if they were real too late now. Came for my cleaning and they said I had 8 cavities and requested the dentist to show me. She came in and was short and could not show me. She said they were “ghost cavities” which my second and third opinion thought that was a joke. Turns out I gave ZERO CAVITIES!!!! On my first initial visit 2 of her workers told me that she was overcharging me also. I asked them for advice because she made me nervous asking what I do and how I’ll be paying before we even looked at my mouth. I canceled my appointment and called them shiesty and got offered free cleaning and bleach but then still had the nerve to try and milk me for 8 cavities after I already was watching them. Since she figured I was blessed enough to cash out on her lies I’ll cash out on her removal instead to make sure she doesn’t get anymore victims.

Doctor setti and his assistant Heather were fantastic.... They were very good at explaining everything in perfect detail to me and showing me on the big screen everything that's going on they make you feel very comfortable and they work with a sense of urgency...... By far the best dental experience you can get....... Thank you all very much see you again soon.... Kevin Recurt..... Dr. Alice Ho has to be really one of the best doctor. Caring, excellent listener and available when I need her. The staff is courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodates you. I would recommend Dr. Alice any day and if you have a complicated case: this is your doctor. She may mot have all the answers but she certainly will be one of the best choices to guide you.

Best dentist experience ever! I have not been in a few years and they were not judgey about this and in fact affirmed that not having dental insurance is the largest barrier to people not going. They have a diverse staff and even give you a blanket and warm neck pillow.

My appointment with Dr. Alice went like precision clockwork as always. My procedure was a new crown and Dr. Alice has done a couple before that were perfect and this one was no exception. After getting the new crown, no pain and I was chewing on it as normal. She is truly a gifted and it is always a pleasure to see her! She has a new assistant Amber and she has such attention to detail that she remembered from a previous visit that I prefer that the TV not be turned on. Again, great memory and so personable. I normally do not post comments, but felt compelled to recommend Dr. Alice and Exceptional Dental of Mid City. I have to comment on another tremendous visit to see Dr. Alice. I am so grateful for the three crowns she flawlessly made for me. There was absolutely no issues and they are wonderful. TroyLynn did a great job assisting and I appreciate her putting on good temporaries. In addition I would like to recognize Jenny for taking such good care of me for my hygiene. Before seeing her and being treated, I was on the border of periodontal work, but thanks to her skill and thoroughness I am in good shape now. Amazing! Went in for my usual cleaning. I insist that Jen be the one. I have been fortunate to have some good hygienists but Jen is on the top of my list. Not only are her dental skills excellent she is very warm and caring. I am on a 3 month regimen so I truly look forward to visiting Jen and doctor Alice... Who had fitted me for a mouth guard the previous visit and this is evidence of her looking out for me and the well being of my teeth for the long run. Her experience and forward thinking diagnosed a problem that I've been having for a long time. So fortunate to have doctor Alice as my dentist and by the way I think she is happy with me because she says I am one of her most compliant patients..... Today I went in for a simple cleaning and as always Jen did a superbly. Most people don't look forward to a cleaning but Jen makes it

Dr. Alice and Heather are the best - Dr. Alice really takes her time and is a perfectionist. It’s great to have a team that genuinely cares and sincerely wants your smile to look it’s best. The whole staff is always friendly. Highly recommend these folks! Ask for Dr. Alice!

Dr Setti and Heather make an awesome team working together. Individually, each are thorough, patient, professional, and personable. I highly recommend Exceptional Dental Mid-City, and be sure to ask for Dr Setti and Heather! Lance Michaelis PS - An important note: my mouth was so numb that it was hard for me to tell how effective the temporary crown was regarding my bite. Heather assured me that this wasn't unusual and if I needed to correct it more to not hesitate to call and come in the next day. I did need the additional correction and called the next morning. I was back in the chair that same morning and Heather, as promised, personally addressed it patiently and professionally. This is the type of response that confirms you've found the right practice.

Dr. Alice is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I used to hate going to the dentist’s office. But since coming to see Dr. Alice, that has changed big time. Dr Alice is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and has great technique. Big props to the entire team from front desk, to assistants, to hygienists. Everyone deserves great praise for the awesome work they do. If you want amazing dental care from a phenomenal team, you should absolutely visit this practice!

I had a business which used to take merchant marines to this place of business in Mid-City and I thought they were pretty good with my clients. I decided to start going there personally because they are listed as in network providers for my insurance. Big mistake. This place cost more than my regular dentist who is out-of-network. I compared the bills to my out-of-network provider to their bills and they charge way more than my regular provider. Took over an hour and a half to just get X-rays and an exam which is uncalled for. Doctor spent most of the time trying to sell me on implants which I have no interest in. Stephanie, the dental assistant was very sweet & I enjoyed speaking with her. I will be going back to my out-of-network provider who happens to never have a wait time and is finished with procedures within 30 to 45 minutes.

I have been using this facility to take of my teeth last three years and never been happier for their professional service. All staffs are kind and polite. Highly recommend for any kind services you might needs.

5 Stars for Jennifer. I don’t like what a Dentist does but I always like my Dentist/Hygienist. And I like Jennifer! Jennifer is the definition of exceptional. She was informative, caring, and had very good bed side manners. She doesn’t yank on ya mouth like some. She talked w me through the process of my deep cleaning and made sure that I felt no pain during this process. She comes highly recommended. Ask for Jennifer when you arrive to Exceptional Dental. And!!!! this facility is remarkably clean and very beautiful designed. And!!! they offer blankets and warm neck pillows. Love ❤️ it! Thanks Exceptional Dental and Thank You Jennifer!!!

I’m really terrified of dentist but since I’ve been going to Exceptional Dental Family Denistry and having to have a root canal or two and crowns done….. I have been treated EXCEPTIONALLY good. From the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out, every one and every thing is EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT! I’m a big chicken but I LOVE this place and I will recommend them to anyone who may be a coward! Great group of people. A 1 staff, my dentist is Dr. Adragna. #ILoveItHere

I am a physician and practiced OB_GYN for well over 50 years and my philosophy was always "treat every patient as if they were a close family member". Well I have just been treated the same way at Exceptional Dental by Dr Alice Ho . I came to the office a couple of weeks ago for a routine visit and learned that I had lost a filling and a crown. I fully expected to be told to come back for another appointment so she could do the work needed. But instead, Dr Ho told me "stay here and I do the filling and will put in a temp crown now". She did so. Then about a week later, I got a call that crown was ready and could I come in that day. That was ideal, but unfortunately, I was too busy. So I had an appointment for this am and went in to get the crown. Dr Ho , has treated me like family!! Always with a friendly attitude, and willing to go out of the way to give special service. She and her assistant , Corielle, took great care of me today. I could not have gotten better care or service. They practice wonderfully, just like the "old days" of Medicine. I AM SO IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL jack andonie

Scammers. They talk in industry jargon to get you to accept treatment for expensive services without full understanding. I'm coming for them where they will last expect it. Shame on you for taking advantage.
