I called to see if they where taking new patients. The lady that answered I asked and she hung up on me saying nothing. If that's the way they are at the front desk. I won't let them work on anything in my mouth. UnHappy employees bad place to be.

Everyone here was amazing, they really take care of you and make you comfortable while they do!

I went in to have a tooth extracted and am really scared of the dentist. I was even more nervous when I was told the interns would be performing my extraction of one of my wisdom teeth. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. They took the time to make sure I didn't feel a thing and we're very supportive.

They took good care of me. The endodontist did the most pain free and professional root canal i ever had. He obviously had a lot of experience and put me at ease. Dr. Bell did a really great job on the crown. it matches my other teeth perfectly and looks very natural. The assistants i dealt with, Kim, Rhonda and Lindsay were pleasant and helpful. Great dentist!

Possibly the most pleasant tooth extraction possible here despite a tangled root.

Made an appointment in February. Had to cancel. Called back They said they could get me in for March but did not give me a date. Said they would call me following week. March came and went and I never got a phone call... seems like once you mention you are on Maine Care, you instantly get treated differently!

Have been to KVFD several times over the last 8 months, and now my wife has completely changed to them as her preferred dentist. There has not been one time when we were treated unprofessionally or rude in any way shape or form. Plus, they have taken care of a wide range of dental issues, and encourage our taking care of our teeth. Win win.

I've been bringing my boys here for years. Even in their old location. I see them myself and they have the best rates for people without dental insurance, I only have supplemental insurance but I pay for my regular cleaning and floride treatments. They do a wonderful job and all the dentist they have are good. Anyone who leaves a bad review is just a hater. And haters can back off.

I have dental phobia and I had a great experience getting cleanings and fillings. My anxiety was overcome by gratitude. Everyone I saw did an amazing job.

Kids love going there

Very good with my 3 kids and I....of course, the COVID pandemic screwed some things up for us (ppl kept sending their kids to school with symptoms of COVID and then they'd test positive, so every time I turned around, my kids were being quarantined). No complaints what so ever with this practice! No issues getting ahold of them or overhearing other ppl's info, or anything of the sort.

Really bad horrendous place, the front desk was extremely rude to me, also talking about other patients to the fact that I got up and left an never went back, they also gave me paperwork to fill out and It had someone else’s information as well as their medical history, brought to the front desk and all she says is “oops” literally a violation of ppp. Honestly thinking about calling the state and letting them know. They also don’t clean their equipment properly.

This place so far has been great. I've taken my daughter 3 times in the past 2 months for work and the dentist Dr. Bagger was excellent with the work he's done on her. My daughter gets very nervous but the dental assistant Danielle was amazing at explaining the procedures to her so that she understood what the visit would entail. She was very soft spoken and treated my daughter with so much care and that put her at ease as well as myself. I will be making appointments for my other 2 daughters and look forward to having them get the dental care they need and with such a wonderful team. I hope the visits remain this positive!

The folks in the office are friendly, well educated, and not only understanding, but good listeners, as well as, professional-- I was rather impressed. I broke a tooth and these folks got me right in for a comprehensive check up on Monday, They had a cancellation so I got in for my lower SBR, on Thursday, Friday there was a cancellation, I had my upper SBR. As soon as I got home I received a call to see if I could come back to fix my tooth. So... I went to this dentist four times in the same week (twice on Friday morning) and got everything done I needed and more!

My wife and I have been trying to contact them for months on an outstanding bill to pay and no matter what time we call or how often we call or messages we leave we cannot get someone to answer or call back. If our bill goes to collections I will dispute and show all of our call logs and attempts to contact them in order to pay. Actual dental work is good, but all other aspects of this place is a model of how to not run a business. Very frustrated and disappointed. I have over 200 attempts logged trying to get a hold of someone, and sometimes you know someone is hitting the F U button because sometimes it won't even ring 3 times before going to voicmail during normal business hours.
