I have been going to Patenaude Family Dentistry for 22 yrs, Doctor Robert is one of the kindness and knowledgeable dentist I have met, his staff is always so friendly and kind. Colleen was my hygienist for 21 years and I miss her dearly, but very happy for her to enjoy her retirement. My mom use to bring me to Patenaude’s since I was a little girl so as a adult I knew there was nobody else I would trust with my dental work. Dr Patenaude does amazing work! I have not been able to smile for months because my front teeth needed work (I’m self pay) I had to save up. Today I finally got my smile back. And I haven’t stopped smiling! My front teeth are gorgeous now. I never have any complaints. I have no pain during filings. Everyone is friendly from reception to the dental assistants. I have a little more work to be done and I’m not worried because the care and work at Patenaude’s is amazing. Thank you.

I never had a problem until I change my insurance. When I called them to see if my insurance was on their network they told me it was. I called twice to make sure it was and the receptionist told me and reassured me it was on their network.2 weeks later after my appointment i find out that they were not. I called the patentable office and they basically told me no one there would tell me that without asking first. I told the person I was talking that unfortunately someone did and that I felt I should not be responsible for the bill. They basically called me a liar without saying it and made every excuse to not take responsibility. Long story short ALWAYS call your insurance to verify that the office is indeed in network with your insurance
