I have been going to Expression Dental Group for years and have been remiss not writing a review. Each visit I am greeted by welcoming and friendly receptionists and staff. All the Dental hygienist/assistants are incredibly knowledgeable and make every effort to help you feel at ease and comfortable. Taylor, was my dental hygienist today and was incredibly knowledgeable and offered suggestions in regard to care for my bridge. Dr. Moan is always professional, prompt, provides quality care and is comforting when concerns arise. The staff at Expression Dental Group go above and beyond to provide the best professional, quality care/experience for their patients.

Dental procedures always make me anxious and the impending need of a root canal was definitely a source of agony for me. When I entered the office I was instantly greeted with a friendly staff. They even asked how I was feeling, which was nervous, and reassured me I was in good hands. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient on the chart for the day, I felt like I was a valued customer. When I was taken back for my procedure Dr. Fox was so gentle and caring. He explained what he was doing during the procedure and kept asking me how I was doing and feeling at several points during his work. It was the best dental experience that I have ever had. No other dentist has ever made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Fox did. The cherry on top was that I left with no pain and had no pain hours later. A painless root canal… you’d think it doesn’t exist!! Dr. Fox and his team are extraordinary at patient comfort and care. Highly recommend. 5 stars aren’t enough for this dental group!

I tried Dr. Fox after firing my previous dentist for poor work and dishonesty in treatment options (avoid Dr. Akinwande in Chesterfield). I researched new dentists via reviews and chose Dr.Fox. I’ve only had one visit, but Dr. Fox’s full team was very professional, nice, and efficient. Got my reworked tooth fixed quickly with transparency on cost, and initial outcome is good. Follow up call later that night was a nice touch. I hope to continue getting the great service I experienced as a new patient, and would recommend this practice to others based on the above. I am so pleased with my recent visit to see Dr. Fox. It was necessary to remove a tooth and he did a wonderful job. Virtually painless. He is very pleasant and takes time to listen to your concerns. First time patient. I had a time restraint and could not get into my regular dentist. My wife, a patient here, got me an appt. rather quickly by explaining our situation and they found a time slot for me. I was hesitant to say the least. I was greeted with smiling faces, GREAT attitudes which mean the world to a patient, and a state of the art facility that does all but a little of the work on site. Expressions Dental has been my dental group for sometime and I enjoy every beautiful intellect in this place, but today was unique. I went into see Dr. Fox about some swelling and pain in my tooth and because he is a great listener he found an abscess in the very back part causing the swelling in the pain. He listened. It seems the doctors have all kinds these days are in a bit of a hurry but Dr. Fox was not. He was patient and did everything to try to resolve the issue and I am so please. If you want to go to a dentist with WONDERFUL listening skills, see Dr. Fox!! You won’t be sorry. He comes HIGHLY recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Moan for several years. He always takes good care of me and my family. He calls in the evenings after work is done to make sure that we are doing OK. The office staff was friendly and uplifting. They were the on- call dentist for my dentist who was out of town. They got me right in and yanked the tooth that was causing so much pain. The dentist doctor Foxx was professional and to the point. Overall great experience! For getting a tooth pulled I'd say that's impressive. He even personally called the next day to see how I was doing.
