I normally would give Dr. Jones 5 stars because he is amazing. He is always super nice and gentle and caring. But there is one particular dental hygentist in there that has a piss poor bedside manner with my child. I took my son in yesterday and she was extremely rude. She told him he should not be drinking any pop only water and when I told her we drink bottled water she scolded us for not drinking Kearneys water because it has fluoride in it. Well to us Kearneys tap water is gross so we buy bottled water and it's not her business what we drink. I know she was doing her job as far as good dental hygiene goes but she was completely rude about it and super nosey in what we do at home. I guarantee she doesn't just drink water. I thought she was a b*tch personally and we won't be going back. She also told me that I need to get in there and I don't have dental insurance right now and she said well it's only $150 for a visit. Well that's money I don't have and if I go in there and need a root canal that's $1000 or more so no thanks. We won't go back because of her. She needs to be taught to have some respect and a better bedside manner. My son was very upset after the visit and I wasn't happy at all with the way we were treated by her. We will be going somewhere else from now on and he didn't have any cavities so I must not be that bad of a mom like she said I was.

About 7 years ago I broke my front tooth, and Jason Jones was able to get me in that day. He was awesome, the staff was awesome, and he is still my dentist today. The entire staff is friendly, and they have been very flexible with payments and appointments. I highly recommend!

My experience with this office was "Just Disgusting", I say this because of the way I was personally treated. You should be treated with Dignity and Respect as a person and a client. Which, I feel, I was not. If you state that you have a problem before the Dentist begins working in your mouth and you tell them that you will hold up your hand, for them to stop or pause until you are ready, that's what they should do. Not make you feel stupid or your being childish. And, you should NEVER yell at your patient. I've been to plenty of Dentist that have never or would never treat a patient this way. Just a little FYI for this business and future clients.
