They over charged for a simple x ray. Did not even consult with my insurance until after the appointment. Even when I called in advanced and provided my information. Then they said it would take a month to process my refund even though my insurance paid them out the week prior.100 %fraudulent and deceptive business practices. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Lier ,lier Alex the spineless coward.Alex the lier attempt to scare/fool/deceive me in giving him some information that is not need for my appointment ,then he said he wasn't able to help me unless I provided him with the info , so I called the insurance company and they also said it was lie?.Any company that lies,steels,or any other type of illegal activities need to be help accountable.I am send this info to the powers that be.these people can not be trusted!!

We set up a payment plan for my 73 year old mother to get her dentures and all they did was wrong. To this day her mouth still hurts and she can't wear the dentures. A waste of time and money. This dentist took it upon themselves to take money from my mother's bank account through a saved debit card they have on file after stating they don't keep this on file, but twice they have stolen her money and over drawn her bank account. YOUR FIREF APPLE FAMILY DENTISTS AND THIS WILL BE ALL OVER THE INTERNET. MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!

I love this office .Sometimes I’m afraid of going to a dentist because I fear being told that I need a bunch of expensive work done Also the dentist I had before Dr Dang over billed me by $2500 because they didn’t realize that I had a great dental plan. My Insurance company told me all the dentists contracting service with them should know what I need to pay. Thankfully I read my EOBs with the Reno Dentist and figured out myself that I personally over paid them . I have to wonder if they would have ever caught it. Apple Dentistry got my co-pays right within a couple of dollars. And that included even a partial dental plate for my husband. He had extensive work done over a few weeks time. Dr Dang is kind & everyone in her office are great

I totally recommend Apple Family Dentistry in Sparks. Several years ago, the crown of one my molars cracked and I didn't have a regular dentist at the time. I probably neglected having it looked at it longer than I should have, so I finally took a chance and chose Dr. Sophie Dang to be my dentist. I was glad that I chose her. Dr. Dang was able to save my molar and repair it where I haven't a problem with it since. I am absolutely convinced that I would have lost the tooth if I had gone anywhere else. Everyone at Apple makes you feel welcome and they do their very best in making you comfortable and treating you with perfect care. Kim is hygienist. She is both very gentle and very thorough in her cleaning. I also have brought my mom to Apple. She is in her 80s and she is often very reluctant to go. But my mom also likes everyone at Apple and I am very grateful to Dr. Dang and the staff helping me out with her. I can't recommend Apple Family Dentistry enough. If you need a new dentist, or are not satisfied with your current dentist, I strongly urge you to call Dr. Dang at Apple Family Dentistry.

Watch out for these people they’re just after the money .They put in a crown it didn’t even last three months it fell out eating bread. So during the original replacement of the tooth she keep saying it probably won’t hold ( so why did you grind my tooth down to a point if it wasn’t going to work. All of a sudden they can fix it correctly it will only be another $2000.Br prepared to be taken advantage of with this dentist .
