They worked hard to get me in during a very busy time. They would have gotten 5 stars had they been able to take me at my appointment time. I also had to wait for my dr to come and do the procedures. The tech tried to keep me entertained until she came almost 40 minutes later.

I love the cheerful receptionist and Christian music, but my most recent visits weren't as good as in the past. There have been long waits before even being called to begin treatment. You don't really receive a personal touch, not knowing which dentist will see you. My last visit, I was recommended treatment that was determined to be unnecessary by a more personable dentist. I have also had issues with having to pay upfront for more than my share of costs after insurance. To my surprise, I even had two appointments canceled without any notice after they stopped offering Saturday visits. Considering all these issues, and my positive dentist experience elsewhere, I would not return to Charlotte Dentistry.
