My children and I have been coming here for the past five years, this place is amazing! I could not ask for a more friendly and compassionate staff.

Dr. Chimenti is top notch. She is very friendly and personable. The office was equipt with the most advanced technology. “Kat” was awesome. She was kind and very professional. From booking my appointment to my cleaning I was pleased the entire visit. My family loves this place and so will you.

Dr. Dave made a lasting impression with my wife and I. I have had many dentists over the years and can honestly say this is the first time I have ever written a review. The receptionist was helpful and so polite. She even helped us fill out the paperwork. We waited in a pristine and very clean waiting room. The hygienist was efficient but gentle. The Dentist was so professional and with a great bedside manner. Checking in, the procedure and checking out were smooth and without any difficulty. You can tell the office is managed appropriately and highly efficiently. I was so impressed! This will be our new dentist for sure!

I have been trying to find a dentist since I moved to Charlotte. A few people at my new job recommended Friendly Dental Group so I thought I would give it a try. To say the least, I have never had such a great experience. My family and I are new to the area and cannot get over how friendly everyone is. Well, it didn’t stop at this office. When we walked in everyone was so nice and we felt so welcome. When I was waiting in the chair for them to start my cleaning several times different hygienist stopped in to ask if I needed anything. The dentist and assistant were very polite. We absolutely love living in Charlotte and are so happy to have found such an amazing Dental office. We are going to recommend this office to everyone! Very high standards around cleanliness and sterilization. My cleaning was very thorough and high quality. My teeth have never felt so clean. The cleaning also did not take too long. I barely had a wait beforehand and the dentist was very professional. I would definitely come back. Definitely recommend.

Dr. D is the best dentist you will ever find. I felt like he really cared for me and did not hesitate to answer my questions. He gave me his undivided attention and did not rush his meeting with me. He explained thoroughly his opinion as well as the proper hygiene habits that I need to implement. Rarely do I leave any Dr. office feeling impressed or even satisfied. I have been looking for a new dentist to care for my elderly father. We have tried several but only to find disappointment. Fortunately, I have found the perfect match. Dr. Dupim was amazing in every way. I am so pleased with the performance of the assistant and dentist as well as the professional and courteous attitude seen throughout the office. Everyone was patient, kind, and gentle with my elderly father which so touched my heart. In fact, My self and my children will also start coming to Friendly Dental from here on out. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know, especially to anyone with an older family in need of a kind and caring dental office.

The wait is extremely long, save your time & find another dentist office

This dentist truly saved me. I did not have a lot of money at the time and they were so good at helping me with exploring different options. They were honest and upfront and explained what I really needed and what I could pass on until later. I am used to offices trying to sell you on procedures or stuff I don’t even need. This was so impressive and truly gained my trust. From now on I will only see this office for my dental needs. What an amazing experience.

I wish I switched dentists sooner. I have not always taken great care of my teeth and so, therefore, have not always had the easiest of experiences. Not only did this group empower me to take better care of my teeth, but they also didn’t make me feel bad for neglecting them. I am proud to say that because of their approach and caring attitude, I now have healthy teeth and gums. My smile is stellar!

I was referred to this dental office by a coworker. I had been looking for a while as I have had several procedures over the years. I have had cavities, a crown and two root canals. Let’s say I have a lot of experience with dentists. So when I say this is the best experience I ever had, It means something. Going to the dentist for me and for most is not very fun. I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. The whole experience from making my appointment over the phone to just having a simple cleaning was above and beyond what I would expect. I will definitely be coming back.

This office is quite possibly the most patient-friendly dentist I ever encountered. I brought my elderly father, who is a tough cookie, to get a check-up at Friendly Dental Group. Not only were they so patient and kind, but they also let him ask his questions and answered every one. No one was in a hurry or rushing. I could see how comfortable my dad felt interacting with all of the staff. This means the world to me and I cannot be more grateful or happier with my experience here at Friendly Dental Group.

I just moved to Charlotte and I must say the dentist and hygienist were so helpful and easy to work with. I needed my tooth repaired and I was surprised at how there was no pain. Great experience all around!

Best team for a medical office. Usually, you may find one good aspect in working with a doctor or dental office. The staff is upbeat, professional, and efficient. The dentist was amazing in how she dealt with her patients .(I could hear her with other patients as well) the assistant was so kind and gentle at the same time. The whole team leaves you with the best experience. Yes, I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I had a chipped tooth and needed an emergency appointment. Luckily my tooth is ok and I was so nervous about what to expect and the outcome. Fortunately, I chose Friendly Dental Group. The repair was painless and they perfectly matched the color of my natural tooth. They did incredible work. I am so relieved to have chosen such a competent Dentist. Thank you for saving my tooth and making my scary experience very enjoyable. You guys are the best!

We have been so lucky to have stumbled upon this dental office. Both my husband and I have referred them to several people and each has also had a great experience. WE LOVE all of the dentists we have seen and we couldn’t be happier. We will be returning patients.

The staff is so wonderful. All of our dental needs have always been met with the utmost professionalism. Our kids who are older, have recently started Invisalign and we are so excited to see the results. I love this place and all of the staff. We continue to recommend them to friends and family.
