Literally made my whole day. They’re so helpful, friendly & I would recommend them to my closest friends.

I had a couple of fillings. Dr.Hong is versatile and professional!

Dr.Hong is awesome with what he does. I went to fresh dental for a bridge to cover the missing tooth. As usual the procedure calls for numbing and carving the teeth around the gap, which he did very carefully.. after the effect of numbing meds left ,the pain was bearable, not excruciating or throbbing.... this morning I absolutely don't feel like I did all that procedure the previous afternoon... That's so cool...

I am so happy with this office and the staff. Communication is wonderful. I had not been to the dentist in quiet some time and every one made sure I was comfortable during my visit!

Very efficient and very friendly. I knew what was going to happen prior to my appointment and there were no surprises! An enjoyable experience even if it was the dentist!

I am one who white knuckles trips to the dentist, but everyone was great. My experience was much better than expected. Thanks to everyone for making the experience as painless as possible.

Though this is not a pediatric dental office, I can’t recommend it enough if you have children and need a dentist for them! Our kids (almost 5, and 3) had great experiences there today! We were seen fast and the hygienists were super kid-friendly and engaging. Even more so than those we’ve previously seen at Pediatric offices. The dentist was kind and friendly to them, and it didn’t feel like their office was trying to assign extra work to make a profit. Happy we found Fresh Dental through our insurance and feel good about our kids going here as they grow up.

My first impression, beginning with my walk in the front door and then into the examination rooms, was excellent. The staff was so incredibly professional, kind and personable. I had a very positive experience with the dentist and each member of Fresh Dental during my initial visit. After having a bad experience with a previous dentist, I was feeling anxious when I arrived. But I left feeling cared for and ready to pursue my future dental health with Fresh Dental. Dr. Joti Johal took the time to sit with me and explain the care that I would receive. She and the staff answered all of my questions and treated me like I was the only patient. After several years of looking for a dentist I felt comfortable with, I am thrilled to have found the team at Fresh Dental, Park Rd.

Team was very friendly and very knowledgeable, kept me informed every step of the way! Affordable! Jessica and Lauren kept me smiling throughly my entire experience!

Dr. Ganglani was amazing. I had a root broken above the gum. He eliminated the pain, explained the options clearly and as a bonus he had a great sense of humor while being empathetic to my situation. They are now my new dentist. Great friendly atmosphere from everyone!

Everyone was Super Friendly! Went in there for exams only. Was able to see the hygienist, and got a cleaning as well! Dentist explained to me wonderful options to help me with my teeth health. Such a great staff.

The doctor and staff were fabulous. I was very anxious with the type of treatment I needed. They gavee a good support system. Very good staff.

So far so good with Fresh Dental! The dental staff are both very thorough and concerned about your comfort.

I have Dr.Rupani as my dentist,Lauren as my hygienist and tanisha for prep. They are my care team and they all do exceptionally good work. Despite seeing Lauren and Dr.Rupani once a year they remembered me and that’s comforting. I’m well educated on my dental health and my options because of them so if you’re looking for that level of care that’s your team.

Predatory Pricing Practices!! I went to Fresh Dental to have two crowns replaced. I explained to the associate who put together the treatment plan that the crowns were implanted under prior insurance plans from former employers. This was important because it impacts how much the insurance will cover. After going back and forth on dates, the half-baked answer I received was I would have to pay more because insurance companies talk to each other so although I received dental under a different insurance plan, 2-3 years ago, and in a different state my current insurance would not cover the cost at the expected percentage. Long story short, I paid roughly $1,500 and the total balance after insurance was only $800 so I was due a refund of $700. I requested a refund and of course they offered more services. After scheduling issues I eventually said no more services and asked for a refund of the total balance. I was told they would send a request to the "regional office" for approval. After waiting over a week, I asked for the number to the "regional office" and was told they didn't have it. That's the LIE!! that broke the camels back. YOU CAN'T TRUST FRESH DENTAL WITH YOUR MONEY, WHY WOULD YOU TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MOUTH? #DONT

Having recently relocated to Charlotte I was able to obtain an appointment with the dental office recommended by my previous dentist. Everyone that I encountered at the Park Rd location was courteous and friendly. Gabby's personality was very warm and engaging. Dr. Johal was my dentist and her smile was radiant even behind her mask. Let me say that they took every scan, xray and picture of my teeth possible. Truly thorough and professional. It was a rainy day outside but the office walls screamed joy.

My first time going, and the staff was exceptional! They treated me well and addressed all my needs in a professional manner. The dentist explained every finding he saw and gave me great advice on the continuity of my oral health. I will definitely continue going to them for my dental treatment
