New patients should be aware that, although the receptionist says that they will check with insurance to make sure everything is covered, they do not. Or, if they do, they don't tell you that a particular procedure is not covered until they present the bill to you. Every other dentist I have been to throughout my life has ensured that I know exactly what insurance will cover, and if not, why not. In our case, both my spouse and I had x-rays taken which had previously been taken within the time limit of insurance coverage. Those films would have been included in our records from our previous dentist, so either they didn't look, didn't ask us about it, or didn't care and wanted to make a few extra dollars ($260 between us when we had expected $0 copay). The dentist that examined me was not the dentist featured on their website. Further, when I asked about my pocket, he did not seem to know what I was talking about, and just told me to soften my toothbrush. My previous dentist had taken a photo of the pocket, and showed it to me. I know what it is, but he apparently does not. Unprofessional business practices. Unknowledgeable professional staff. We're moving on.

Practice works to get you in quickly, but all they are concerned with is money. Overpriced in comparison to other dentists in the area; not once offered an antibiotic, knowing I had an infection because the office manager was more worried about the money aspect. Sad to see this with such a good dentist.

Dr. Taj and Kayla were absolutely amazing. Made me feel really comfortable with the work I was getting done and explained everything to me.

Haven been to the dentist in 5 years. Was worried there would be alot needed to help bring my teeth back to its younger years. The people helped and explained step by step on what needed to be done. I felt confident and comfortable with the staff here. I definitely found where my primary dentist will be at.

I felt like we had known each other for years. The service prices are also outstanding, and they were willing to work with me when I fell a little short. Crooks. Ask for a breakdown of your bill before accepting service. Got charged $300 for a toothbrush kit that I never asked for when getting a cleaning, then told I can't return it
