Made an appointment with an endodontist for a root canal and they were so close to having an unqualified person perform the procedure without telling me. They got an endo in house and did not give me a full cost estimate until I arrived heavily sedated for my own anxiety. Nothing was explained to me. I hate dentists because of terrible experiences as a kid and they upheld my fear. Cost estimate wasn’t right and I had to leave without a crown. Seems like they enjoy messing with people who are in immense pain and charging whatever they want at any given moment. Never again.

My first appointment it was today at 12:30 I was there at 12:22 she told me to have a sit didn’t ask for my information name or last name. Waiting into 12:40 I ask another lady to see how long it’s going to be. She proceeded to ask about my name and all of that. Telling me that a I have to pay some fee because the copay I pay it. And she told me that I have to do the form by my phone I did it. Waiting and waiting she told me that she didn’t receive anything. I spend a long time there for nothing I feel that they need to be more professional. Other people was waiting and frustrated there too because the long time there. They didn’t fix anything at 1:00 I left. Bad staffing!!!

I am very excited to leave this review concerning my appointment last night. I want to start off by thanking the office manager Angela, for getting me in with out an hassle. Also, I would like to thank the dentist for fixing my partial. I can not remember her name but she is absolutely one of the best. I had to wait in the lobby for almost two hours. However, some things are worth the wait. To be able to smile in confidence is worth every minute waiting in the wait room. Thanks again doctor and staff.

I don't know what's going on with this place but I've had nothing but BAD experiences at this Dental office!!!! It's like pulling teeth 2 get someone 2 answer the phone,They are Very Rude & most of the workers act like they don't want to be there!!! I have been trying 4 a year 2 get dentures & I still don't have them as of yet!!!

Worse place ever. Since they change the manager I think everything is wrong is this place. They charge me $300 dollar fee for no cal. But they make us waste time. First appointment they only did my cleaning they couldn’t do my husband because they don’t have time. Second appointment we pay deposit to make sure the day he going to get his services done. We come the day and guess what. Doctor is busy. They told us to come back later or another day. They don’t what are they going. If you know you are short staff. Don’t take moneys please communicate with your doctor. So you don’t also waste people time. You should pay us a fee for coming to your office and not getting out services done when is supposed to be.
