Dental Suite Greensboro

I have needed a tooth pulled for the last two months and every attempt was unsuccessful. I was told I needed a surgeon but I have never been called. I can call the office and the receptionist is very rude or you are sent to a text message. I have sat in pain for weeks and they do not care!!

I am updating my previous post because, after filing a complaint with the NC Department of Insurance, Guardian insurance agreed to pay even though Dr. Fonda Strickland's office switched me to an out of network doctor in their office AFTER I verified coverage with them (I was switched to Dr. Jessica Walker) and then performed unauthorized work on me (Dr. Walker tried to sell me extra services before she even started, I told her that I only wanted "what my insurance covers 100%" - she should have stopped right there, but she proceeded). Because the NC Department of Insurance said that I DID MY DUE DILIGENCE and was unfairly charged, Guardian paid. I suggest you proceed very carefully before being treated by Dr. Fonda Strickland's office, Dr. Jessica Walker, or Dental Suite, or you might end up with a $287 bill like I did, for a check-up they told you was covered. I have also filed complaints with the BBB and the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners due to what I feel were dishonest business practices. Finally, do not believe any reporting Dr. Strickland does about her reviews. If you Google her name, at this point in time, she has 1 - 2 stars on most major review sites.

Waiting time is the worst in this office.. You wait forever and they don’t care… All they can do is change the time of appointment.. SERIOUSLY 😒… when you wait for and hour and a half respectfully.. they should respect your time too and do something about it.. not tell you to change the appointment to another date… When it comes to payments… they send you million bills asking for their money… they call forever to get their money… but when it comes to patient time they got nothing to do and can’t respect their time… Also if you call their phone forever they never answer their phone… the worst office ever… Oh and the appointment time changes… lets say you make an appointment at 9:00 am, they change it to 10:50 on their own… and you be surprised at arrival they changed your appointment time… The worst. Last but not least. They even change payment plans they give you… and all they say is oh sorry something wrong happened from our end and you still owe us $1000 dollars hahahaha very funny.

Just don't. I am completely done with this office. I am hoping my oral surgeon allows me to finish my process somewhere else since my materials have been sent to this location already. I started off with the dentist that this office took over for years ago. My dentist retired. In the beginning everything was good and over time things have progressively gotten worse. The professionalism of the office needs work. They don't answer the phones on purpose only to text. I watched for myself. I intentionally went to the office 45 mins before closing to drop off a mouth guard for repair and speak to someone. They locked the doors and I watched 4 people at the desk talking. I called while at the door for them not to answer and text. I had my suspicion about this before. When I called them out of on it through text while in the lot they didn't respond. I am currently reaching out to my insurance due to some comments I have recently read which confirms a billing issue I noticed. It's just sad. Loyal customers being treated this way. I question everything now. Completely sad.

The best. I have extreme fear of dentist and they made it so much easier. Prefer Greensboro over Winston location.

Biggest scam dentist in town. If you have dental insurance that covers cleaning and xray they will make up a bunch of charges so you leave paying hundreds of dollars. What should be a $20 copay procedure at any other dentist in the county is somehow $400 here. Do not go here. Unethical. Scam. Totally ridiculous.

Diana Garcia is a pillar to Dental Suite Family she reflected exceptional service and professionalism. Making me feel welcomed and inspired to take care of a high priority in my life, Dental hygiene. Sadly to say I was behind on my dental check ups but Diana was able to rejuvenate my teeth to full potential. In all honesty 5/5 doesn’t do her justice, she embodies a care and commitment to her craft and I am excited to have her apart of my dental hygienic journey.

Doctor Strickland's office was very friendly and knowledgeable and they take special care of you the only time I've ever had my teeth cleaned where I didn't feel like they were trying to pull out all my feelings they were very gentle and they did a really wonderful job I really appreciate the opportunity for them to take care of me and I thank and love each and everyone of them if you are looking for the best you found them

This Dental office is the most unprofessional and rude one I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Strickland has zero customer care skills!

Pleasant expereience as this was my first visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and caring. I was given great service and a care plan going forward. Highly recommended!

This is SERIOUSLY the best dentist I've ever been to, and I've seen many good dentists. I just got out of my new patient appiintment and Dr Strickland and Diana found things that my last dentist had missed or that no body has ever explained to me about why my teeth and jaw are how they are. You can tell she's staying up on the latest technology and research and neither her or her hygenist made me feel rushed butcreally took their time to make sure I understood my options and I didn't have to wait. It's a beautiful, well run office, but hands down if you want THE BEST, MOST THOROUGH, dental care, I recommend Dental Suite!! Thank you

The only reason for 3 stars is because now no one answers the phone! On one occasion I called to reschedule an appointment, no answer. Now I’ve been calling to confirm an upcoming appointment because I had to keep changing it due to transportation and still no answer. Please answer the phone, please.

Everyone here was very professional and extremely detailed. Appt was at 8:40, I was in a chair at 8:35. Explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend

The office staff were patient and kind. They fit me in on a busy day which I am forever grateful because I had an emergency. I am now a new patient. The Doctor was so sweet and informative and it put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice.

Arrived on time and received almost immediately by my hygienist who was delightful, proficient and discharged by another delightful person at checkout after securing my next appointment.

Things are much better than last year it seems more about customers now before it seemed to be about the money
