Only been to this dentist twice for fillings and cleaning. Both times have been really great. Ladies are so nice and really try to make you feel comfortable. Dentist was quick and did good job with fillings. Would recommend for sure.

After a not so great experience with another Dental practice, I googled this location and set my appointment. From the moment I walked in, until I left, they were professional, friendly and made me feel like family. They are very thorough, detailed in explaining care and treatment and made me comfortable. I experienced quite a bit of dental trauma in my younger years but this Practice is slowly but surely easing my anxiety. Thank you for taking care of me! Dr. Beattie had the afternoon off, yet he sat down, gave me some options, and got me back on track. I have had a terrible experience as a child with Dentistry. Due to past experiences I have always hated going to a dentist. In the past five years I have had four dentist that I refused to go back to because of unpleasant experiences. I was referred to Dr Beattie when I had an implant post put in and was told they do not perform caps, I would have to see another dentist for that. I was totally prepared for another bad experience but instead found a dentist and a practice that I love, and that is a strong word for me. From the minute I called them I was impressed with the front desk and how easy they were to talk to. They answered my questions, worked with my schedule and returned my calls promptly and courteously. They were not in my network for dental insurance but the said they would file for me and provided me with all my cost up front, no surprises. The day of my appointment I was nervous hoping Dr. Marc Beattie was as wonderful as his staff and he is! His demeanor is quiet and unassuming, he willingly answers questions and never once did I feel judged. He takes his time and I never felt rushed. His main concern is the comfort of his patience and making sure he does the best work possible and that the patient knows what he is doing and why. This past week I had a dental emergency and called them first thing Monday morning. I was immediately told to come in and he temporarily fixed the problem and provided me with options and cost but buying me several months to make s decision. I have recommended him to my family members and my husband will have his first appointment next week. My family has been seeing Dr. McCollum for longer than I can even remember. He and his staff are 100% committed to their patients and we wouldn't change dentists for the world! My wife and I moved almost a year ago and still make an almost hour long commute to his office because they're just THAT INCREDIBLE! To say we highly recommend them is an understatement!
