I was pleasantly surprised at what in the past had been the dreaded dental visit. They cared and were extremely conscious of how I was feeling and did a fantastic job with the visit. I would highly recommend Triad Dentistry!!

For my very first visit I had the pleasure of being seen, educated, and taken great care of by Lindsay, Devan, and Dr. Santiago. I opened the door to a very warm welcome at the front desk seeing smiles everywhere. Before my visit today, I haven’t been to a dentist in about a year, and I was worried about my teeth’s health. The outstanding crew here took great care of my teeth, I can tell they do not cut any corners and have great pride in their work. I am super happy to have found such a great dentistry. I was also very curious about my X-rays and all the fancy terms they had used, so I probably bugged their ears with questions but they took the time to help me understand, and I appreciate that a lot. Thank you all for everything.

Pretty friendly, professional, honest. They take care of me. I feel I can thrust them. Feel great I finally find a great dentist.

We love Dr Hatcher. He is very personable and takes time with us each time. Updated review: I really liked Dr Hatcher. Unfortunately, once his practice got so big, I was just another number and I saw only fill in dentists. The reasons for staying there were slim and the reasons for leaving were high. Firstly, they always charge you for the service first and then send it into insurance, so they guarantee they get paid and you get the short end if it comes to that. I’ve not ever been someplace that does it this way. You are out $200 no matter what and then you hope your insurance comes through. What really gives it a 2 or lower was the hygienist. Not only was she tough on my mouth, she spoke for an hour about inappropriate conversations. At one session, she spoke the entire time about how she lost 50 lbs for her wedding that got cancelled due to COVID and how upset she was. I understand that is very upsetting, but this was a first time meeting and an extremely long hour to listen to someone complain when you have your mouth open. Everyone had a tough time during COVID… The next time, as she butchered my gums, I said something to her that it hurt, and asked me if I needed to leave and come back another day. I said no, I just need you to understand my gums are sensitive there. My husband had a bad experience with Dr Santiago. She told him he needed reconstructive jaw surgery after meeting him for 5 minutes. We later found out his jaw was hurting for another reason that has relieved all his pain. Is she just out for the money? That’s a pretty big surgery to suggest for someone without learning anything about their medical history and the first time seeing them. What a terrible dentist.

I always enjoy my appointments. The staff are professional and personable and ensure my dental care is fully addressed.

Everyone was so friendly and positive. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the door. My hygienist , Priscilla was so competent, yet gentle that I knew I was getting the best care. Dr. Merrill was, as usual, wonderful.

A fun visit to the dental office! What?!?! That’s right! My hygienist was wonderful and the atmosphere was fun!!!

I just had my first visit, and the online services made it a breeze to set my appointment. All of the staff was very pleasant and I couldn't be happier with everything.

I love my dentist Dr Hatcher! He is so personable and attentive to my care! The hygienist Lindsay was professional and explained well what she was doing to my teeth and that makes you so much more comfortable!
